Dining here was really fantastic last night after years of hit or miss. They are bringing back old favorites and had a great singer like in the old Macaroni Grill days. The food, ambiance and our server was excellent. We will visit again soon. Bravo!

Our server was horrible. I wish I saved my receipt because he never gave us his name. He spoke very fast and was hard to understand. He stood at the front of our table and we had to yell out orders to him. Other than that the food and restaurant was great.

On a Friday night at 8pm we were one of five tables in the restaurant which was the first clue. By then they were out of: Calamari Chianti Bourbon Cannolis Food was cold when it was finally delivered. Waiter was VERY new and so service was as expected with a new person who spent more time running clean dishes to the kitchen than serving. Twice I had to track him down. Not his fault—he obviously wasn’t trained at all. I still tipped him 20%. This Mac Grill is just very poorly managed. I’d def NOT go back and recommend everyone who reads this to avoid it.

Dinner was good but do NOT order the cannoli. The ratio of cinnamon was way off ! Totally uneatable.

They didn't have a table ready for the 4:00 reservation, even though the restaurant was only about 1/2 full. Waitress was uneducated about specials and kept reaching over us to put drinks down or to remove plates. Didn't have the beers on the menu. Food was great!

I ordered a make your own pasta. I had spaghetti noodles with marinera sauce, then added roasted peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes. It was very good and my first time trying it. Loved the roasted peppers.

Our visit was very disappointing. Our server was clearly annoyed at being there. He didn't offer to fill our glasses. We waited a ridiculous amount of time to get any food. Other tables who arrived after us were eating and leaving well before our food came out. Once the food was served, our server just disappeared. It took me telling other servers to please get our server before we could even get the check. And there were errors on the check when it finally arrived. Very bad experience.

Not your fault but nobody was in restaurant so it seemed really odd. Also cost for create your own pasta is way too high. Probably won’t go back just because of cost.

Food was fine. Meals were hot and tasty. Issue was with the overall service. Took 15 mins until the waiter actually came over to the table. Barely saw him throughout the meal. Looked like he was one of only two waiters handling all the tables in the restaurant (was about 10 tables filled).

I order gluten free pasta with bolognese. The bolognese was all onions and tomato sauce. I had to pick through to find any ground beef. All in all, disgusting. Please add meat to that sauce or else don’t call it bolognese.

We went to the restaurant on Christmas Day and we had such a great experience! Our server, Jade, was so attentive even though she was absolutely running like a chicken without a head! She made our experience an enjoyable one for sure. They were out of a couple of items, which was disappointing, but understandable considering the day and how busy they were. We were so very thankful for the staff who were there taking time away from their own families to take care of my family!

They ran out of some dishes for tonight do i had to otder third choice instead of what i really wanted. Very crowded as it was Christmas and only place open in town. Did best they could.

They had a $38 prime rib special. I ordered medium rare, more rare than medium. When the steak came out - the size of it was not much bigger than the palm of my hand and was thin. I am a woman so for size referencing. When I said something about it - it was almost shrugged off. I cut into it and it was well done in some areas. I sent it back and it was removed from the bill, but overall disappointed that they tried to serve me this when it was clearly NOT 12 ounces, and when questioned about the size it was nonchalantly acknowledged like “oh well, I’m sorry”

It’s time for an update. Whole restaurant is run down and dismal. Food came out cold, small portions and bland. Server did his best considering they were short staffed.

Save your money and taste buds! The food presentation and quantity was a sad statement of Romano’s of the past. Now I know why on a Friday night they where not busy. Alfredo with shrimp, 4 pieces of med size shrimp. The Alfredo sauce was separating from the noodles. The Chicken Scaloppine should be renamed due to the lack of chicken. The pieces served with my dinner were about 2” in size x 2, if your gonna skimp use chicken cubes its a better presentation. I guess they can’t afford a chicken breast. Will NOT BE BACK.

Our food was excellent as always. But something we have never had at Macaroni Grill was bad service. As for our waiter Tim: I had to have one of the other waiters go find him. He was MIA for much longer than he should have been. Asked for to go boxes and our dessert to go. He brought our boxes and said he would bring our dessert. After waiting 20 more minutes we left without our dessert and wondered if we go back next year.

Last year we were grieving and opted for a holiday meal out. Delighted with how Oviedo Macaroni Grill exceeded food and mood expectations. We reserved again in 2023 and brought and additional couple with us in anticipation of being more than satisfied again. The opposite was true from the parking lot! Again we chose the earliest seating at 11:30 am. Last year a line was waiting to be seated and just the right amount of noise and energy slowly built as we were all seated promptly. Service and food last year was wonderful. Starting there, yesterday November 23rd, no waiting line... restaurant bare but for a couple of filled seats... hostess seemed confused, walked us four to the farthest corner of the room, passing countless empty tables and booths, only to check herself and walked us all the way back and seated us next to a long reserved set up for 12. Why??? Next the server, someone who was obviously new by the way he fumbled through our encounters. At the end of the meal kind of scolding us for having desserts we ended up boxing to go, saying if that's the way we wanted them we should've asked for them to-go in the beginning. That was the topper on his miscues and nervous pleasantries. The worst complaint however is inexcusable....the FOOD! We eat there very frequently and thought the 2022 Thanksgiving plate was as good as home, without the leftovers for later that is. With much anticipation 3 of 4 in our party ordered the turkey holiday meal. The different non-turkey gravy was awful, on our opinion 2 of 3 tasted. Also the protein was so skimpy and those first slices off the bird were so dry that having an unpleasant gravy was all the more displeasing. Salads abundant and delicious. Unnecessary to receive two large cannolis when we were still disappointed in the skimpiness of the turkey. The fourth person seated at our table ordered from the regular menu and has a scrumptious plate--the rest were envious. No turkey reservations 2024!

Service was outstanding! Food was not as good as we expected! My husband totally enjoyed his birthday cake! This has been our 4th or 5th time and the food taste was not nearly as good as the first time!

Was happy to learn a Macaroni Grill was nearby - it had been years since I had been and it tasted just like I remembered. The bread and pasta were delicious!

Terrible. I don’t know how long they’ll be able to stay open with food like it was. I used to like Macaroni Grill but our food this time was definitely microwaved and so bad. My husband’s sauce was broken, my food was dry and a meal for three of us with one drink each and an appetizer was almost 300.00 with tip.

Macaroni Grill was a place that we always considered having good Italian food. It was empty. There was a total of four tables being served on a Saturday night. Food was mediocre at best. Ordered spaghetti and meatballs, plate came without meatballs. Had to ask for the grated Parmesan cheese and salad was an extra $3.50. We were very disappointed and will not go again.

Oscar was a fabulous waiter. He kept checking on us and even asked if we wanted drinks to go. Love that it's quiet there- great for our business lunches.

It was very warm in the restaurant as two of the three AC units was out. I wish they had brought in fans or something because we were sweating all during the meal as it was very hot outside. They could’ve done something to help mediate the problem. The service was great as was the food but I feel they had a big miss by not figuring out how to make it cooler in the restaurant.

The restaurant was not crowded at all, although we went on a Thursday night. Service was very good, as well as the food. But like everything else post-pandemic, prices have gone way up and side items that used to be included in the entrée price now cost extra.
