Our server was very helpful and very friendly. My mother-in-law's food was a little cold. We sent that back for a hot meal. It did take a long time for the replacement. I actually think it took longer than it did initially.

Service was slow. Bread arrived moments before entree and then salads arrived. Drinks were not refilled. Entrees were Luke warm. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend this restaurant. We were six people. We chose the restaurant because of its proximity to the Grand Ole Opry. Our dinners arrived at varying times (a few of us had finished eating before others had even gotten their food) and half of the dinners had to be sent back because they were not done correctly (ie pasta instead of mashed potatoes, orzo in butter instead of pasta in tomato sauce). None of us got our soups and salads beforehand. The manager was very apologetic. She said they were short staffed; however the restaurant was quite empty. She tried to help but the damage was already done. We were offered complimentary desserts but we had to leave to go to the Opry (besides which we’re not dessert people).

I was mostly turned off to the experience by the white paper covering on the tables which I can only assume was to keep them from having to clean. The food was fine. My server was friendly. The hostess was clearly overwhelmed.

Food was overpriced and of poor quality. Service was good. Restaurant has potential, but for over $60 we were extremely disappointed in the quality and quantity of food we were served and do not plan to return.

The appetizer didn't come out until our meal was brought out. The food was overcooked and cold. It seemed like it had been sitting in the warmer in the window for far too long. Some of our meals weren't even edible. They only had 2 waitresses in the whole restaurant so service was beyond slow. Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant all around.

Overall, it was the perfect Valentine’s Day experience. The service was exceptional. The food outstanding. The service and server made the time extremely comfortable.

We did not feel well the next morning after eating here! Service was sparse at best. Were promised bread but only got it after the entree service because we asked for it again.

Had 6:45 reservations and didn’t get seated for almost 30 mins. Food came out slow due to big “parties “ and was missing chicken on create your own and was tepid almost cold. Was starving at this point t so sucked it up and ate. Never got promised grated cheese, just very disappointed for Mac Grille which we always loved in past.

Many dirty tables! Loud noisy table of children seated next to us! Seriously understaffed! Waitresses (only three visible for entire restaurant) way overwhelmed! Many options out of stock. Avoid this location at all costs unless you have time to wait!!!!

Our meal was exceptional! Loved the crispy Brussel sprouts and bruschetta. Hubby had spaghetti and meatballs. I had the lasagna bolognese. David was an awesome server! Thanks for a great time and so glad I didn’t have to cook again. Merry Christmas!

The food and wait staff were excellent! But the restaurant needs to look into being fully staffed. We arrived early for our reservation and were told we couldn’t eat until the posted time even though there were plenty of tables. It also didn’t help that someone who arrived for “open seating” was only quoted a wait of 20 minutes and we couldn’t be sat for an hour due to being early. This is not a good look. The only other downside we had with our experience was the amount of fruit flies flying around our table during the meal.

This restaurant has struggled to find good, reliable staff. As a result, you need to plan ahead. We made a reservation well in advance and they were able to accommodate us when we arrived. Service and food were amazing.

We sat in the waiting area watching the entire place just fall apart before our eyes. Multiple tables complaining. The staff complaining in front of customers about being overwhelmed! The host seating people that didn't have reservations in front of those that did make them. We had dirty plates. Customers coming back in after 1 hour and 1/2 asking why they were told 1 hour and never getting a text.

Long wait for initial service. Lost orders Saw other tables get served appetizers and then a minute later the entree. Understaffed at this location. In a low level of diners saw people told there would be a 40 minute wait ( at 5 pm).,

We went there to celebrate an early Christmas with some family. Only 6 of us. The restaurant was almost empty but I had made a reservation. We sat for quite awhile. Then once we ordered numerous table were served before we got our food. I'm sure they were understaffed in the kitchen. Nothing except for a "yeah sorry it took so long ". We spent a good bit of money for an average meal, inadequate service and food that was very late coming out and parts were cold.

As much as I hate to give a bad review, this was the worst experience for my entire party of 8. We had a reservation at 645pm which we arrived on time too. Once seated, we were not greeted for over 10 minutes then told they’d be back with water which took at least 15 more minutes and quite a few hints to the waiters passing by. Eventually, they took our food order but never offered any drinks, we had to chase our old waiter down for a bottle of wine and still the remaining people in my party were never asked for other drinks. After a loooong wait for food, not a single plate was hot. I’m talking soup that was straight out of the cooler, cold and pasta that had no sauce and were soggy cold.,I would have had some sympathy if this was a full restaurant but we were one of 3 tables in the entire restaurant, now I get why. Once we talked to the manager about our food being cold, she let us know the chef had left (it was hours before the place was set to close) and then proceeded to tell us how it’s best heated up in the microwave. And laughed with “hopefully you’ll enjoy it at home”. Would not ever recommend to anyone.

We came down for an day trip and had severe weather (which I understand happens), but after the warnings were cleared they decided to not reopen for the rest of the night and every other restaurant in the mall was booked.

This restaurant seems to be on its last leg. There were very few waiters so despite having a reservation, we still had to wait a bit. There were 2 groups who came in after us who were turned away. We had 7 people and 2 tables were pushed together. One of them was not leveled and despite everything we did and the restaurant did, it didn't help. We were never given the opportunity to move, despite MANY empty tables. The food was subpar, at best. Spaghetti had very little sauce on it, and the Penne Rustica, which is the reason we went, had very little cream sauce in it. Everything pointed to a restaurant that is nearing its end and should likely be closed. However, the staff who was there was OUTSTANDING and did everything in their power to make sure we had a good experience. They had to be so defeated because of conditions and lack of customers, but they absolutely didn't show it.

Got the Mamas Trio. Each item was incredibly dry and with little to no sauce. Service though was phenomenal. Denise was awesome!

We got there at roughly 5 PM for an early dinner, and it took almost 45 minutes to get our food after placing the order when the food arrived my lasagna that I had was barely even warm. I feel like this place is really gone downhill.

Worst experience. From the hostess to the manager. They had 1 or 2 waiters. They ran out of a few foods and beverages, no straws. While the poor waiter was trying to get to everyone (large parties too) by himself the manager was DRAWING on the blackboard. No one cares about what’s on that blackboard lady go and help your staff and make drinks at the bar or bring water to the tables. It was awful. We ordered bread and it came after our meal that we waited over an hour for. I wasn’t even upset w the waiter mostly w manager who was useless to her staff. Why are you allowing large parties when you don’t have the staff for it? The waiter was the waiter, bartender, the busser, the food runner, god knows what else. The manager was drawing on the blackbored and after I asked her why she’s not helping the staff, she disappeared. Unless she’s the dishwasher, she’s sitting in her office god knows doing what. It definitely wasn’t stocking, because they didn’t have straws, kids cups, blender, I don’t remember what else the waiter said they didn’t have. We tipped him well as he deserved it.

We will never be back. Waited 20 min before waiter finally brought water then another 30 before 2 of our 4 meals were delivered. Excuse after excuse of why taking so long…food completely cold by the time the other 2 meals were delivered another 10 min later. All the manager could say was “your 2 meals were accidentally taken to another table so you will have to wait”!

The restaurant is lacking staff i believe more an issue in kitchen. We saw multiple tables complaining several never getting meals they ordered. Servers were frustrated. No bread and out of other drinks we ordered. Our server was trying to make up for the overall mess of a situation. The food we ordered was actually fine but took a long time.

It was the first day for our waitress Stephanie, and she said she was a trainee. Fortunately for her and us she has previous experience, as the person training her never made an appearance at our table. He also proceeded to tell a nearby table all of the problems with the restaurant. She did a nice job considering the circumstances. There were several tables that were never cleaned after guests left, and stayed that way our entire visit. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
