Rojo Mexican Grill serves new culinary creations and many traditional dishes, such as quesadillas, tacos and enchiladas, but with bold new flavors or in unique presentations. Ingredients, such as the tortillas, guacamole, and salsas, are made fresh from scratch each day. And Rojo uses special proprietary blends of Mexican spices to create the unique recipes.
The stylish restaurant seats more than 280 guests and was designed to evoke traditional Mexican décor, but with a modern influence. Warm woods and soft red upholstery are offset by accents of leather, stone and steel. The dining room offers traditional table service and a generous view of the kitchen where diners can watch food prepared throughout the process. Three centrally located tables are dedicated to preparing hand-rolled tortillas, fresh guacamole and salsa in full view each day.

Came here for a Mother's Day dinner as the mom being celebrated had been craving Mexican. Made a reservation, arrived on time. Lots of free parking to be had in the area. The guy working the host stand, and the person who seated us both hate their jobs, and so it was a rough start. We were seated, and thankfully our server did not hate her job, or if she did, she did like most folks and didn't take it out on us. She was friendly, and present at all the times we needed her. Food arrived within a reasonable time from ordering. My chimichanga was very meh. My daughter ate only one piece of her quesadilla, and the wife and the other kid ate less than half their food. I thought the sweet rice was good, no one else did. The chips and salsa were good. The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't special. Folks went back to the chips and salsa eventually. My margarita tased weird, like there was still soap in my glass when it was poured in there, but the mom being celebrated liked hers. All in all it was a meh. The place is a 20+ minute drive from our house, so its unlikely we'd be back anyway.

Sat outside on a beautiful day. Lovely server. Food was great! Wind was an issue and umbrellas were not safe to be using so were taken down. Unfortunately a lawn service company on the nearby property decided Mother's Day at noon would be a great time to have their staff mowing and using leaf blowers...that was disappointing, but out of the control of Rojo. We had a great time and would not hesitate to go there again! Free mimosas to all of the moms as well!

We sat right away for our reservation, but it was about 10 minutes until someone came to the table with water. We then ordered, but one of the 4 parties' meal food came out about 20 minutes before everyone else's. We were informed one of meal options had run out, but the replacement took awhile to produce. I appreciate that the manager comped that meal.

Ordered the 2 Carne Asada plate. Delicious! Slightly charred and I liked the option of 2 or 3. It came with beans and a sweet rice that I have never heard of. The rice was good, but I personally would prefer something more traditional and not sweet. Overall, it was delicious!

while the food tasted good, the service wasn't great. we waited a few minutes to get chips and salsa, then almost 10 minutes for waters. luckily, we'd had tons of time to decide what we wanted, so we just placed our drinks, apps, and entrees order at once. one person's soup was wrong, but we knew it'd take a long time to get the right one, so they just ate it anyway. we hardly had time to finish our starters til we got our apps, so they hadn't cleared any of our plates, and our table was super crowded. I'd put in the reservation that it was my birthday, but they didn't bring that up at all, put a lil candle in the dessert, comp the dessert, etc. overall, the service had weird timings, and it's not a place to spend a birthday because they won't care.

The salmon salad was abundant and delicious. The server was friendly and did an excellent job. The environment was conducive to talking with minimal ambient noise. The chips and salsa were yummy.

I was so excited to try the ceviche and guacamole they were both a terrible disappointment. The seafood in the ceviche was OLD and tasted rancid. The guacamole had no flavor. My friends ordered the tacos and they were fine; not worth the cost. The house made chips were great. I had the burger which was cooked perfectly but the flavor was off. Our waiter was horrible. It took him more than 15 minutes to ASK us what we would like to drink. Mind you, we didn’t even have water at this time. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks and he never once gave us refills. All of our waters were almost empty when we received our meals and again, no refills. He never asked how things were the entire time we were there. Huge disappointment. I would not recommend this restaurant.

This place has the best food, and drinks. We are regulars, and hope more locations open up. This time around our server was awfullll, and the manager was kind enough to give us a credit. As a former server I can say she is just extremely bad at all faucets of her job, and is a unicorn among the staff here of being so lazy, slow and clueless of the guest. She added 45 minutes to our experience by being absent from start to finish. A day later and I am still annoyed at the loss of time incurred on my night because of her inabilities to greet timely, come back for the order timely, get drinks timely, bring the bill timely and even retrieve the bill timely.

The temperatures in the restaurant was drafty and cold Had to dine while wearing a scarf and fleece Good food and margaritas. Even though good food and drinks, I am not recommending because of the chilly drafty conditions

Our server, while very sweet, was obviously VERY new. A little “too attentive”. The food was mediocre at best. I did not like the way they serve their fajitas. My friends steak fajitas were SO well done, she did not finish them. I give this place a C.

Went at 4:30pm and found out happy hour only offered in the bar. Salsa and Chips okay. Raspberry margarita did not have a very good flavor. Carne Asada tacos were delicious. I don’t think I will go back for awhile.

Brought my wife and two boys here to celebrate my wife’s 35th birthday. We have always had good service and enjoyed the food. However, this time the service was very poor. Our server Marten was rude and very short with us. He seemed annoyed that we were in his section. Very sharp and short answers to any questions and just overall unfriendly. We watched him smile and talk to other tables nearby so we were just a little confused. I mentioned my wife’s birthday and was cut off mid sentence with a “yes, fried ice cream.” After that was brought here just goes, “want the check?” Brings that to us and never once says thanks or have a good night. We just felt like we were a burden to him. Food was good but service left us not wanting to cone back any time soon.

We made reservations at Rob Hall for a birthday for indoor seating. Typically we sit outside and absolutely love it however, we expected rain so we decided to sit inside when we were seated I discovered the seat was literally falling apart, and I felt like the cushion was gone, the leather was completely ripped up, and the table was covered with stickiness. We ordered appetizers and we weren’t brought silverware, napkins, or small plates. When we asked for them, the waiter said of course, and came back about 10 minutes later informing us they’re out of silverware. We ordered cocktails which were made completely incorrect. We absolutely love Rojo food, but I do wish there would be some money to put into the west and location as the inside seems like it’s falling apart and is filthy.

Awesome service. We told server we were going to a movie across the street and he kmade sure we were on tome. Food was hot and delicious.

Nothing to write home about. The Chimichanga was small, the bowl of tortilla soup was just a large cup and was not made in the traditional manner. The beef on a stick was good.

I’ve been to Rojo many times and the food is always great. It’s very consistent and I’ve always had very attentive servers. . I love the free chips and salsa too.

I had a reservation at 2:45. Asked to sit on the patio and received push back from the host. “Our server already has 5 tables out there, and the next server doesn’t start til 3”. Complete with a huge sigh. We were seated on the patio, and it was just fine. We waited until the next server started her shift to order drinks. Which was fine, but the host was very unprofessional.
