                                                                                                    No meat choices. I ask what cuts they had. They wouldn’t tell me. They just ask what we wanted. It would have been nice to know what they offered. We probably didn’t get 3oz of meat. Will not return. Service was lacking. What meats we got to taste were good…it certainly isn’t worth the price paid.

We waited a long time in between servers coming around with food. The salad bar was pretty depleted when we arrived at 5:30 but they quickly restocked. I wasn't really impressed with those options. It seemed overpriced for what you get when you have other options in the metro area.

The beef, pork, and chicken selections were outstanding, as was the salad bar. The hot items were a bit disappointing. Overall, a very good experience - four stars for sure!

The food was good. The salad bar & meats were awesome! The mushrooms and potatoes on the hot bar were cold & needed to be replaced.

                                                                                                    We enjoyed a fantastic dinner recently with some friends. They had never been here before. From the moment we walked in, we were taken care of very well by the entire wait staff. The men walking around serving the different types of meat were constant and our plates were never empty. They worked hard and we were sure to thank them. We will definitely be coming back soon.

                                                                                                    We love Rodizio's, but this visit was not the best. We sat for extended periods of time waiting on food to be brought around as well as for drinks. The bar was extremely slow Not what we consider a typical visit. The pieces seemed measured out as well. and they were quick to Wisk away from your table without asking if you wanted another piece. This was borracha specific as some were more than helpful. We will be back, but hopefully with a better experience.

The meat selection was amazing, there was 4 of us dining and there were selections that met all our needs. If you like Pineapple you won't be disappointed, the grilled Pineapple is simple delicious!

Once they felt it seemed like they forgot about us. We waited for our waiter to come around and never did. So we got up and walked right past him at the bar, he told us have a good night. Got to the front and waited for someone to come so we could pay our ticket. Our waiter finally came up, I’m guessing he thought we walked the ticket. He asked how everything was and made us walk back to the bar. I told him I was disappointed with the whole service and he said , “my service” and threw a tantrum right in front of a manager and then I looked at her and said now I’m disgusted with everything. She apologized and at least made things right!!! Kudos to her!!!!

                                                                                                    We have been to this place multiple times and we never have had a bad experience. This time was no different. The food was exceptional and the service was out of this world. Other food joints should watch this place as it has the whole she-bang of experience. We brought two of our friends for their first time and they said they were blown away at the flavorful food and professional kindness of the staff. The options of meat will tantalize all your tastebuds. And the way it served where Groucho’s walk around, offering you pieces to try/eat unlimited. Then there’s their very large and versatile salad bar which coincides with the flavorful meat. I’m always impressed when we come. This time I was extremely happy that our friends were able rto enjoy this experience and love it as much as we do we will be back.

                                                                                                    If you sit on the back wall you will have plenty of the meat selections brought to you table. We were sat in the middle section of the restaurant and would have to wait 10+minutes for a single option to be brought to us, while the back wall regularly had multiple options at their table at the same time.

I have been coming since Rodizos opening and after last night my family will no longer come. Our waiter Steven would continue to work other tables taking water and picking up plates and overlooking my table. I had to ask other staff to remove and give water. We barely had meat delivered to table.Thomas was rude after nearly cutting me while trying to cut meat. Did not apologize. There was no plates to get new food. You have staff arguing with each other in front of guests. And when the ticket came and I paid cash 119.00 I asked for receipt and I was told by Steven they do not give receipts for cash payments. I let another sever know my issues for them to let the manager know he never came by and said anything he was to busy cooking meat and giving free dinner to table behind who was getting fully serviced at all times. Please bring old staff back or get better servers. You will continue to lose business with people like that. The pictures are to big to attach.

                                                                                                    After seeing my review on Open Table the manager reached out to me and offered for us to come in and have dinner on him. The gesture was awesome! Just knowing they took the time to read the review and cared enough to reach out meant a lot! We went for the promo for Leap Year because we just love the restaurant and always look for an excuse to go. They were ill prepared tonight. Out sever tried his best, but they did not have enough meat cooked for the crowd that showed up. After an hour we gave up and came home. It was the most disappointing trip. I did send a message to them thru Facebook. It was read and not responded to so I guess a loyal customer’s frustration wasn’t all that important.

                                                                                                    I downgraded the food and service because of ongoing problems that we have experienced. Just about every time my wife has to wait 10 to 15 minutes for well-done meats to be served. She won't eat meats that aren't well done. Also, just about every time I can't get my lamb rare. It's usually medium to well done. This happens frequently and is disappointing because everything else is so good. We don't have these problems at other churrascarias.

                                                                                                    After dining at multiple Brazilian Steakhouses, our excitement was high for Rodizio Grill. However, the food was not where it should be for the premium charged. The salad bar had old food, it had been sitting out for awhile. The hihg demand items were empty and the staff was not replacing them without asking. All side items are at the salad bar, nothing is brought to the table. My husband and son had the full meat experience. The pork was raw. The chicken was overcooked. We ended up paying and leaving as fast as possible. They did enjoy the few steak dishes that were available.

                                                                                                    Went out with in laws for an adults only dinner. There were kids there you could bring but my kids def don’t eat enough. Shoot I feel I didn’t eat enough. They had an amazing salad bar and hot items on there too. Then they had so many meats. I was def full when we left. Great sangria too.

                                                                                                    We are no strangers to the Brazilian steakhouse experience. Overall, Rodizio had a good variety of offerings, and the service was excellent. Where they fell short, in my opinion, was a good majority of the meats were cold. I understand how they serve the meat. They do tend to cool down, but some of these were pretty cool. The cheese rolls were old and dry, but they did put out fresh rolls toward the end of our meal. We will likely return.

                                                                                                    Everything about our experience was fantastic. We made reservations for a birthday celebration dinner on a week night and it wasn't very busy. The service from start to finish was amazing, Stevens made sure we knew the process and made sure our cups were full and drinks were great. The roaming Gauchos were pleasant and fun. The whole family had a great time trying the variety of different meats. The sides were fresh and delicious as well. Thomas made the kids night with the "star knife". Hope to go back soon for another celebration.

                                                                                                    We took our 17 year old son and a couple of his friends there for his birthday. It was better than advertised. He usually chooses a different Brazilian steakhouse for his birthday selection and he and his friends all agreed that the food was better here than at the other options in town. We will be back and heartily recommend this location for your dining pleasure.

                                                                                                    Horrible service. We only saw our waiter twice the entire time. We had to wait 20 minutes to get a drink refill after asking two different servers. The check came 20 minutes after asking for it. When we left the waiting room was full of people, but there were plenty of tables available in the dining room. Had we received better service, they may have been able to see more people. The food was subpar with many pieces of steak being very rare and bloody. The pineapple, Parmesan, chicken, and top sirloin were our favorites. The rest was subpar. Overall we were disappointed with the experience and price.
