Multiple family-birthday get-together. Lovely day, staff were great, food was smashing, smiles all round.

The venue is absolutely stunning! Super instagramable. Food is lovely and the service spot on! We had a wonderful 10 year anniversary dinner here with our 2 kiddos in tow. Look forward to our next visit!

Secondly, the food was incredible, beautifully presented, hot and you can really tell that the kitchen staff put a lot of hardwork in to making the food so delicious! The not so good, I had booked a table for 17.30 on arrival there was a huge queue of people waiting for tables that were being told to wait by the lift for their tables. I was informed that my table was being prepared three times over a 15 minutes wait. Once we were finally seated it took half an hour to recieve menus and order drinks. Thanks to Patricia our order after that was taken quite swiftly and also had check backs. The waiter who delivered our food didn't acknowledge us, just dumped the food on the table and made zero eye contact or conversation. Two tables around us also made comments about the lacking service, one left before food arrived as they waited so long. I had also done a birthday booking but that was never translated. I feel a bit disappointed in the lack of organisation and chaos. If it wasn't for Patricia, we would have left.
