Book your dome here to enjoy a 2-hr exquisite dining experience (starts from the booking time) in our themed heated domes.
Each dome can accommodate up to 6 people. We recommend you to come dressed according to the weather conditions.
We charge $50 towards dome rental and a $150 minimum F&B spending (excluding GST) is required for Dome dining.
24 hours cancellation/ no show policy is applied to the credit card provided charging $25 per guest on a regular day.

I would definitely recommend the Dome Restaurant for special occasions. We were there for our Anniversary and we really liked the place. The guy server was awesome, too bad I didn't grab his name. The food however was not bad but it was not out of the ordinary. Personally, I think the food options are very limited. However, the Mussels appetizer was really great though. I would definitely be back!

The whole experience was amazing. The only downside is that I should of booked closer to the sunset. Would of been more romantic

We recently visited [Riverside bistro ] to celebrate my husband's birthday, but unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The food was average, nothing special, but the service was disappointing. Our server seemed distant and uninterested, didn't offer any recommendations or check in on us during the meal. It felt like we were an afterthought. The ambiance was also lacking - no music, nothing to create a welcoming atmosphere. Considering it was a special occasion, we expected a bit more effort to make us feel celebrated. Instead, it felt like just another ordinary meal. Overall, we left feeling unimpressed and not particularly eager to return. Maybe they'll improve their service and ambiance in the future, but for now, we wouldn't recommend it. Pros: Average food Cons: Poor service, uninviting ambiance, no special treatment for special occasions

The view was breath taking, the server was amazing, they even had birthday balloons and a sighn up! It was well worth the experience!

Hello, Sirs and Madams. I would highly recommend this dining experience. My wife and I found it quaint, intimate and most importantly, fun. Food was excellent and the dessert knocked our socks off. We were served a perfect bottle of wine and we were able to play our own music inside the dome which made it feel even more like “ours”. Our server was top notch; can’t speak highly enough of his helpful and friendly nature. Top marks! Added greatly to the overall experience. It’s pricier than your local diner but the value is 100% there. 5/5

Dome dinning was a beautiful experience for me and my family. Food was great. Appetizers were delicious and good portion size. My Moscow mule was one of the best’s I’ve ever had in Edmonton. Sticky toffee pudding is a must try. Leon is best he treated us very well during our dinning experience. Every thing was perfect.

We rented one of the heated domes for our anniversary and it was a great experience! Service was great and food was amazing!!! It is a bit pricy but it was a great experience

I was really disappointed in our experience. I knew ahead of time that the experience would cost minimum $200 and I was willing to pay that amount but the food and service was not worth the amount we paid. We ordered the garlic shrimp and meatballs as an app. The shrimp came with 6 prawns no bread (23$)and 3 tiny meatballs for (20). We ordered the pork chop which was extremely dry for (38$) and the chicken vindaloo presentation was terrible. The chicken vindaloo was ok for taste but the sauce came out in a plastic ramiken. My water was never refilled. Including tip, our bill was $340. I left hungry and disappointed. Also, the heaters they use to warm the dorms are of very poor quality and they do not properly heat the domes. I have been in many domes and I have never been this cold before. I do not recommend even for the ambience!!!

Our 1st time in Riverside Bistro and they didn’t disappoint us with our expectations. Very friendly staff and accommodates us really well. They served our food fast as well. Perfect Date with my besties ❤️

We just had an amazing experience in the dome and will definitely do again! The view, ambience, food, and service was amazing. We both had the prime rib burger and it was delicious and one of the best grilled burgers I’ve had. We had Caesar salad instead of fries, that was still good but the burger was amazing

What an amazing setting. Highly recommend the domes, such a cool experience. The staff are just incredible. Chef has thing on point. That might of been one of the best steaks over ever had. Wife had the sable fish it was terrific. Hands down would recommend. We will be back for a date night soon. Cheers!

Server was not that friendly, seemed annoyed that we used buzzed her. Sea food over cook, vegetables were raw Double cocktail didn't even contain booze. Ended up asking for beer . Watched the bartender put Maybe half Oz of wine had to ask for side if wine. Veal meat balls were good I left 10 percent tip an still felt like that was to much Menus is good if someone could prepare them proper. Drinks were a real shame stick to bottles that they can't watered down The domes an atmosphere were nice tho.

It was as close to a perfect evening and ambiance as possible. My only issue is that it is a little cold in the domes. When booking the dome we should have been told to wear warm footwear and clothing. Luckily I had foot and hand warmers in my vehicle. Otherwise it was an amazing evening and we will be doing this again. Highly recommend this as a unique winter dining experience.

The service was absolutely amazing, our waitress Mary was incredible and went above and beyond to make our evening spectacular. She was extremely helpful with menu suggestions and was there throughout the evening providing amazing service. She made the evening an incredible experience! The food was delicious. We enjoyed appetizers and main courses and everything had incredible flavour and the presentation of each plate was beautiful. The ambience and decor of the dome was so well done. The view overlooking the river valley was incredible and was such a unique experience. This was such a unique and incredible overall evening out to celebrate a special occasion with friends. We will be back!

This was my third visit. This time a bit disappointing. Last February and the year before, the igloos were well lit and set up with Birthday décor. This time no special birthday set up. Heaters couldn’t handle load of only two heaters that were provided and one kept turning off. Igloos (ours and surrounding ones) were not lit with colourful lighting. My friends who came for the first time enjoyed the experience. But I was disappointed!!!!

Unfortunately right from the initial cocktails (made like an amateur yet charged like a mixologist) to the appetizers and main course- this meal was substandard given the location and prices. The escargot and mussels were the best tasting on the menu. The steak frites was tough and halibut overcooked. . The service was lacking in experience and proper etiquette for this caliber of restaurant. Simply disappointing. There’s no way our meal for 3 people with a cocktail each, 2 appetizers, 2 meals between the 3 of us should have cost $280 with tip! WAY OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED for what is offered. Save your money ~ and reconsider this restaurant.

today we had an okay experience at this place. it was fairly cold outside and the heaters inside the dome were not helping. there were 4 of us and one of the steaks was really underdone. we were offered a dessert taken care of as the apology. with all the prices, which are pretty high, we expected a better service. don’t forget the $50 fee if you are dining inside the dome. to add more, the waiter brought us a wrong bill and without paying attention, we paid for it. eventually had to pay more. anyways, 3/5. would not recommend. i will never be coming again.

I was disappointed that the $50 dollars to reserve a table outside did not go towards our food and drink. It was not explained that the table cost was $50. The Restaraunt was empty yet they wouldn’t take reservations for inside only outside. The view was beautiful however, not worth $50. We were expecting amazing food as the prices were quite high but the food was just “okay”. Overall I don’t think I would god back.

We were greeted and seated promptly. Drinks took a very long time. We had finished our meal before we had our red wine for our steaks. our waiter worked very hard but perhaps it was understaffed? I think he was making the drinks also and seating people. The appies were quite cold. Prime rib steak was OK. Definitely had better. Vindaloo was tasty. Sticky toffee pudding was great.

We ate in the polar dome, for our family fun night out, 5 people. I dome was warm, cozy and very unique. We played Christmas music on the speaker supplied and enjoyed the view. The service was attentive, considering they have to come outside. The only downside of the evening, was the cost and my salad. My $19 salad, really didn’t have anything in it, that was listed on the menu? No blue cheese, no walnuts, no peaches????And it also didn’t have any dressing, until I requested it? The $56 steaks didn't come with any potatoe, or fries and it didn’t even fill up my son and husband. The entire bill was over $300, which I find completely insane!!!
