This was our first experience at River’s Edge and it was amazing. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant and we definitely will be going back.

Best restaurant in Grants Pass. Indoor and Beautiful outside dining next to the river, Elizabeth our wonderful server, deliciously prepared meal, and live music by Scott. What a find. Ate here twice in a week while visiting the area. Its a must do.

Rivers Edge is by far our favorite place to go especially for a special event. You can't find any comparison in this area and location. The outdoor seating on the patios overlooking the Rogue River is unsurpassed and stunning to say the least. The food is amazing and the service outstanding. If you are lucky to be there when Scott is playing guitar and singing his beautiful and soothing music it will be the full experience you will love at Rivers Edge.

I had the prime rib for dinner last night. I have always had a great prime rib at Rivers Edge and order it every time I go here. Last night however, did not live up to my expectations. I ordered the prime rib medium rare. When it came out, it was medium well. I asked the server what temperature she thought it looked to her and she said medium. She also said because we were outside and the light was different outside, that’s why it may have looked medium well. Well, I have ordered over 100 prime ribs and that was the first time anyone had ever told me that it may look different because of the lighting outside. There was no myoglobin (red juice) at all from the prime rib. It was as dry as the Sahara Desert. The server then offered to have the kitchen throw a ribeye on the grill for me, and did not offer me another cut of prime rib. Which tells me I had gotten the last of the prime rib, or one of the last, therefore, ended up with a piece that was almost well done. The server did discount my meal a little when the bill came. I do wish that I was informed that I was ordering the last piece of prime rib (or one of the last pieces) and that the temp would be medium well to well done on that piece. I would not have ordered the prime rib knowing that. I did hear the server then tell another table that they were out of the prime rib. The rest of the meal was fine. Again, I have always had a great meal and prime rib at Rivers Edge until last night. I think a little communication from the server about having one of the last pieces of prime rib would have solved this issue.

Request patio seating however was told upon arrival no table was available. There were several tables empty outside throughout our dinner. We asked 4 times for water and finally got it with bread that was served after we completed our meal.

The ambiance of this restaurant is hands down one of the best in Oregon. The food, staff and hospitality is excellent. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy an evening with them. Highly recommend anyone to enjoy this establishment. Thank you

We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary! Sat right above the Rogue River . Prime rib was perfect! Service was wonderful! We’ll go back again!
