    Wonderful friendly staff a warm atmosphere with a nice river view. The food is tasty and well presented. We always enjoy are meals here!

    Initially, we were seated at a booth that was too small for our party. Upon requesting a change, the staff promptly accommodated us, which set a positive tone for the evening. The food was generally excellent. Each dish was well-prepared and flavorful, making for a delightful dining experience. However, the crème brûlée was a bit of a letdown, lacking the creamy richness and perfect caramelized top I was hoping for. Service throughout the evening was attentive and friendly. The staff were courteous and ensured that we had everything we needed. Additionally, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality of food and service provided.

    I would like to let you know of my dis-satisfaction of your staff and restaurant on Mothers Day. I have been to the River house many time being that I am a local my whole life. What a shock I had to the most unorganized and mishandling of Mothers day I have ever seen. I am not even sure where to begin. .. I guess first I must say 1 out of all the staff Members that were on that day looked like they were happy to be there. I believe our waitress was Zara and she was absolutely fabulous. Big smiles friendly attitude and nothing was an issue for her. As for your Bartender I don’t think he cracked a smile once when we were there. Never seen such a miserable Bartender. Oh and the buffet. Who thought the idea of putting 2 lines in such a confined space coming from both ends was a good idea .. It was soo squishy , they kept running out of food, scrambled eggs should be made with REAL eggs and your desserts where absolutely pathetic .. The whole buffet for the money you were charging was dismal to say the least. But… the one thing that I just could not get over was the constant ringing of the phone. Over and over and Over again. No one was interested in picking it up but we all had to listen to it ring for the 2 and a half hours we were there. I had asked at one point if they could turn the ringer off or down since no one was answering it anyway but my request fell on deaf ears. All in all I will not be coming back to such a horrible ordeal. I was really surprised at the whole lack of planning and enthusiasm with your staff . Considering the amount of advertising I have seen the River House has been doing on Social Media, maybe investing in some simple etiquette for you staff might not be a bad idea.. Thank goodness Zara was a professional. She made my 83 year old Mom feel very special. Thank you

    I think the service was great but would have appreciated if we were told in advance that a 20% service fee would automatically be added to our bill for a party of 8. We came here for the Mother's Day brunch. The set up was terrible where there was just one way in and out in a little area to get food and back to our table inside. Selection of food was small.

    Our reservation was at 12, food was cold I’ve been a few times for happy hour but wouldn’t return again for Mother's Day or buffet

    We went for the Mothers Day Brunch Buffet and were disappointed in the food. It wasn't bad but for the amount we paid, it was quite overpriced. On the other hand, the service was fantastic! If you order from the regular menu, I would recommend going.
