Went here for their Mothers Day buffet and was not impressed with the food at all. We had reservations for dinner and some of the food was out or old. Plenty of variety but just not good tasting at all.

Overall we had a party of 8 and the service was great they were helpful and quick to respond to our requests. However, we were seated at the table in front of the Piano Msn! We couldn’t hear anything at our table because the music was overbearing our conversation. We asked to move but it was a booth which made it difficult to get up for the buffet.

The Mother's Day buffet that we attended last Sunday was outstanding. The food was delicious and the service was excellent! The River Crab was very accommodating with regard to our large group. I would highly recommend the River Crab to anybody!

My family was so disappointed in the Mother’s Day Brunch. It definitely was not the quality you expect from the River Crab. Quality of the food was poor and the presentation was not reflective of a special event of that price point.

We enjoyed an excellent dinner service for our Anniversary. My wife enjoyed the Scallops entree, she said they were the best she’s ever had. Walked right in for our reservation at a waterside table and enjoyed a nice evening out.

First time having King Cove Sole (maybe hadn't been on menu in past) - - delicious sauce with a bit of crustiness on fish. Filled me right up! Also, somewhat less expensive than other choices - it was ALL GOOD!

Had a great waitress. Happy, enthusiastic, good sense of humour. She checked on us regularly and the meal arrived in a timely fashion. One thing now missing from the appetizer menu is the firecracker shrimp. Why they decided to take it off the menu is a real mystery. It seemed quite popular. We asked for it every time.

As usual, the food was spectacular! ambience was amazing our server Eric was fantastic. Some constructive feedback,the hostesses were less than impressive.

The food and service was excellent. It was a beautiful day for viewing the blue, blue water and sky and made our experience much more enjoyable. Our server was very attentive to our needs and should be commended.

The dynamite scallops were sensational and the entrees (filet; lobster), were excellent. Chad, our server, was earnest, attentive, and efficient.

Wonderful experience from the beginning to end. Food was so tasteful, I returned for lunch the next day. They have one of the BEST crab cakes I've had from a restaurant. Definitely worth trying!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful surf and turf dinner for Valentine's Day. We requested our favorite server and the River Crab staff made sure we were accommodated. Although they were running a few minutes behind on turning tables around, they kept us informed and were seated within about 5 minutes. Both our fillets and lobster tails were perfectly cooked and we thoroughly enjoyed them.

The River Crab is a wonderful restaurant. We never have bad service or food. Our waitress Angie was excellent! Highly recommend this restaurant if you want good food and great service.

This was our first visit. The food and service made up for the bad start to the evening. We requested a window table, and even though there were open window tables, the Hostess seated us in the completely empty back half of the restaurant but right in front of the busy service station with noisy dishes, coffee cups and water filling, etc. Her choice made no sense to us. It was so uncomfortably noisy and distracting that we asked to move, which she wasn’t happy about but she did move us to a different corner. She made us feel very unwelcome and we considered leaving. Thankfully our server was happy, very pleasant and attentive. She answered our questions on a couple menu options and also made some very good recommendations. Our food, especially the fish, was nicely prepared and delicious.
