RidgeView showcases a modern Italian menu with a seasonal focus on fresh and local produce. Utilising native ingredients and estate grown organic produces from the kitchen garden, we have developed a menu which brings the unique flavours of our region to the table. Whether it's a relaxed long lunch overlooking the vineyards or an intimate dinner you will leave with a lasting impression. Located just fifteen minutes north of the Hunter Valley gardens, RidgeView offers a relaxed alfresco experience in the heart of the valley.

We had lunch at Ridgeview for my mum’s 60th. The service was absolutely incredible and the food was so delicious. We had a table of 9 people and everyone absolutely loved the food. Very reasonably priced for the Hunter and it’s nice to read a menu and know what all of the food is!! The view out the back of the dining area is beautiful, looking out at the garden and vineyard. Shout out to to Mikaylee who was one of our waitresses (and the manager) who was just awesome and such a gorgeous person to our all of our friends/family. Thank you Ridgeview we will be back!!

Whilst not in the immediate Lovedale/Pokolbin area, it's a short drive to Ridgeview winery/restaurant. We recently had dinner there (2 and 3 courses) . Food is Mediterranean influenced, simple and delicious. Especially the mousse desert! Staff were helpful, passionate and informative. The produce is local, the venue is exceptional. All this - and not over priced.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the staff were attentive and friendly and will definitely go back regularly. I had the prawns and steak, both beautifully cooked, others had octopus and pork and they raved about how delicious they were. The fish was in a tom sauce with mussels, pipies and capers - a taste sensation. Loved Ridgeview, would highly recommend it. While you’re there, pop in for winetasting with the delightful Chris 😁

We had a delicious lunch starting with a complimentary amuse-bouche - yum. Our wait staff were friendly and knowledgeable, very professional and our meal was superb. It was our 50th wedding anniversary and RidgeView was a lovely restaurant to celebrate.

We had a delicious lunch on Sunday & would highly recommend Ridgeview to anyone. It is very good value for money with generous portions & a very good selection on the menu. We will definitely be back.

A little out of the way in the northern part of the Hunter we weren't sure what we were in for... but this restaurant was a huge surprise to the four of us who dined. The outlook across the vineyard was lovely. The service was great and attentive. The food was outstanding. Everyone had different dishes across the starters and mains, and we were all very impressed. Really nice touches to the meal like the home made bread and tiny cold tomato soup in between courses (included, not additional $). Good selection of drinks to choose from by the glass. We had a wonderful experience. Definitely will be back again with friends as this is one of the Hunter's nicer and more affordable restaurants.

The food was excellent - my partner has specific eating requirements and there was a large choice of dishes. The service was also excellent - I had a special surprise planned for my partner and the staff and management did everything they could to assist. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here on a sunny Sunday morning. The service was excellent with two attentive wait staff. We were made to feel very welcome. The food was freshly prepared and just what we wanted. The restaurant is on a beautiful vineyard. Would definitely recommend.

Pleasant experience. We booked for breakfast. Food was beatiful and service was great. Fresh produce from the garden looking out onto the grapevines. We will be back for dinner!

While the location is a bit remote that suited us as we were only staying 5k away. The view is perfect as is the dining environment. Service was excellent however, there were not many at the restaurant at the time. Wine prices are excellent as its their own wine so at cellar door prices. We had their semillon which was superb so bought 2 bottles for another day. Will visit again at our next stay.

This was our second visit to Ridgeview. Fist visit was for dinner and second was breakfast. Dinner was the most beautiful dinner we have had. And Breakfast was amazing. I love that they grow all their own produce. Staff are amazing. I highly recommend you visit here . Thank you Ridgeview 😍

Loved visiting here for the first time. Was great to be able to enjoy nice meals but also accommodate our toddler. We had a great fathers day lunch and would love to come again.

From the moment we were greeted at the front door, we knew that Ridgeview was a great choice for lunch. The food was divine, particularly the octopus and we enjoyed the wine so much, we bought a couple of bottles before we left. We will return!

Our whole experience at Ridgeview was AMAZING! From the moment we arrived , we were warmly welcomed. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The food is fresh, tasty and filling. Fantastic food, outstanding service and relaxing ambiance. Would strongly recommend.

The food was outstanding. The food and wine pairing recommendations were spot on. The service was top notch. The views are some of the best you can see in the Hunter Valley. Many of the herbs and veggies used on the menu are grown in the pretty veggie garden on site, which we were able to walk through and view. Our host was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

The food was great! It was a nice chilled-out vibe, very relaxing. The food was amazing, though the music wasn't needed, would have preferred to just listen to natural surrounding sounds while enjoying the view. but would happily go again and again
