Our first time and we will definitely be back. Stuffed veal special and the lobster ravioli followed the burrata. The meal was outstanding as was the service.

Very mixed experience- some dishes like the fusilli great and others with eggplant awful and not like other restaurants. Server didn’t assist when they were aware of our experience. This says a lot - otherwise this could have been a much improved experience.

Tommy was the bomb. Go to Riccardo's, get anything on the menu, you'll love it. Just don't fill yourself on the bread, as you'll love that too!

Our party of four enjoyed our dinner. The food was excellent, service was fantastic and the ambience was very nice. A particular feature we loved was unexpected - during dinner a person made his way around the dining area playing an accordion, followed a bit later by two singers belting out some traditional Italian songs. There was a good wine list and a small beer list, as well as other specialty drinks. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Service was great! Staff was friendly! Meal is paced very well they allow you to finish you apps before you main course if brought out! Appetizers, main dish, drink and dessert were all PHENOMENAL, we highly suggest the mussels and clams app and limoncello sorbet and the Tiramisu dessert !

I’m not sure if the fettuccine were homemade as claimed, but they were ok with their alfredo sauce. I was disappointed to be asked to sit at the bar despite reserving a table, and at times it felt like being in a Hard Rock Cafe when an accordion player or opera singers passed through. Average overall although I did appreciate the service provided by Shakira the bartender and it was nice to see how all the staff seemed to work well together and apparently enjoyed their work.

The food was delicious! We had the Eggplant Rollatini and Gamberi Limoncello and the sauce on the shrimp was so amazing we ate all the bread just to scoop up all the sauce! The pasta dishes were also scrumptious! Tommy is also so wonderful! So personable, friendly, welcoming and attentive. We will definitely be back for the food, and for Tommy!

Good restaurant; food was great. Upkeep is off though. Restroom has seen better days, and when something in the public eye looks like that, one has to wonder what the back of house looks like. The menu was admittedly out of date by the overwhelmed waiter. Appeared under staffed; it seemed he was the lone waiter for the whole dining room. He was great though. Loved his personality and accent. I hope costs get better under control so restraunts Iike this can put more back into the business and keep their operations worthy of their food.

I had this place checked out for a very long time as every review I read was very good. Indeed, the service and friendliness of all the staff was top notch. They really make you feel like you are part of their family. It was a special night as I proposed to my fiance, and they went above and beyond to accomodate the surprise and made sure both of us as well as our family and friends had the best time and experience. I really appreciate their care and good vibes. The food, however, was a little underwhelming. It all tasted good but everything was significantly under-spiced. In a nutshell, for a special occasion it was great due to the ambience and friendliness of the staff, but I don't think I would recommend it if you were only going for the food, as I have tried many better places.

Great dinner after graduation ceremony! All large tables upstairs and the staff handled it exceptionally. Everyone’s dinner was excellent, appetizer and dinner portions had us too full for dessert. Upstairs loud and celebratory our dinner time, downstairs was not loud. Recommend highly!

Our family came in Sunday late afternoon ffor a family birthday dinner , all of the wait staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and they surprised the birthday boy and girl with dessert on the house and sang to them,😊 we would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone 😎

Some of the food was cold- lobster ravioli. Service was very good. Seems to be going down hill a bit from the last time we were here. Will look for somewhere new.

We had a party of 7 our waiter was Nad. He was fabulous in assiting with our wine choice and service. After we sat down the violinist and accordionist began to play, then a few minutes later 2 Italian opera singers came in and performed a couple of songs. This added to our fun for the evening and atmosphere . Great food, service and atmosphere.

Our server, FANTASTIC! Very helpful, knowledgeable and fun. The food was amazing! We had too many leftovers because we ordered so much. Sadly, we were only in town, 24 hours, so we couldn’t take our leftovers. The women’s bathroom has a ceiling renovation and that was a little surprising but a minor low.

The food was delicious...we shared mushroom bruschetta and the Papparadelle Bolognese. The mushroom topping was served on a single thick slice of bread, rather than toasted slices, which made it awkward to eat. The pasta dish was delicious, and very ample for two diners. When we arrived at 6:30, the restaurant was half empty and not noisy; by the time we left, it had filled up and it was difficulty to hold a conversation. The pacing of the meal was odd, as the entree arrived before we had finished the appetizer. Once we had finished the entree, we waited quite a while to get the check.

Our table was overlooked for refills on water or wine or anything else. We were also routinely checked on after other tables despite having the earlier reservation. One of a number of problems. Our food was delicious (aside from a bland-as-dirt Caesar salad), but the service was lackluster. When we spoke up about it, the owner came to our table and came across both confrontational (in a negative way) and defensive while speaking over us a number of times, not wanting to listen. The owner comped our wine and gave us another bottle on the house, but for what? Big deal. $18 wine that would look like $60 on their menu. That doesn’t solve the bad service nor does it resolve his off-putting behavior. We will not be back.

Amazing food super friendly manager and wife…. I highly recommend this establishment… Parking is difficult but it’s worth the walk. Strongly recommend making reservations on Open Table

My family and friends made a reservation here after my graduation and they accommodated us very nicely, were personable and attentive, and extremely welcoming. They even made me feel special about the occasion at the end of our meal. The food was delicious and I would definitely go here again!

Loved our meal here, it was a bit noisy but that was due to the customers at a table next to us. Food was good and our waiter was top tier

I highly recommend this restaurant. We were a big group of 9. They were able to provide us a table with enough space . The restaurant wasn’t that loud. We were able to enjoy our conversation while having a delicious meal. Our servers were very attentive. Definitely, I will come back !
