The restaurant was very pretty, but they tried to seat us at this at a table that was in direct sun and when I asked for a table partially in the shade, they were not happy. They also refused the table that I asked for because they said that it was reserved for someone else. Spent $34 for a lobster roll just à carte . I think that if this restaurant had been downtown, they could never have charged the prices that they do . I would not go back. so disappointed. spent over $60 for lunch and left a $12 tip not happening again. they need to realize that if they are going to charge those sort of prices that people should be able to be seated where they want and also that they give you some perks I have never eaten in a restaurant downtown that was fine dining that was not welcoming and pleasant . They need to realize that if they are going to charge these sort of prices that the whole experience needs to be pleasant and it was not... will not go back.

Came in for lunch and had the salmon and truffle fries. The food was excellent and the restaurant is inviting and gorgeous inside.

The tables, floors, and restrooms are all impeccably clean. A friendly waiter greets you promptly, offers a menu, and provides recommendations.

From the moment we walked into the restaurant everything was wonderful. Food was amazing, service was excellent, and the ambiance was exceptional. Was pricey but so well worth it. We will definitely be back.

We go to RH Rooftop when we want to feel extra special. The venue is stunning, the servers are spot-on and the food is delicious. Yes, it is on the higher end of the pricing scale, so it is not an everyday restaurant, but that also adds to the "event" of going and being pampered. For the management, our server Danny was exceptional. Please commend him.

Nice place but the orders were screwed up, the waitress over worked and the prices don't match the quality. Mediocre at best.

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, especially from a waiter with braided hair (can’t remember his name) who provided great wine recommendations. The lobster roll was delicious, and I will certainly be returning in the future.

Had a great time. Staff was kind and courteous and did their job properly and efficiently. People were all nice and kind as well that were eating there.

Food was very good but they added an ingredient that I asked them not to because of an allergies so I could not eat it and we had to order our appetizer two because he keep forgetting it (not the worst thing but you asked)
