My wife and our two elementary-aged kids went on Mother's Day, and we were seated right on time for our reservation. The staff was friendly, and almost as attentive as I'd like. The menu was inviting, the pacing was pretty good (a little slow, but within expectations for a holiday). The problem was the food. We ordered 3 entrees and an appetizer. All of the pastas were great, but each of our meats was problematic. The steak bites were tasty, but well done when we ordered medium rare (to avoid, just don't ask us how we want our steak bites cooked -- they were fine as well done). My wife's lamb (ordered medium rare) was blue -- the center was cold. My chicken parmesan was rubbery, to the point that my daughter thought it was sinewy and my wife spit hers out. The manager comped us a dessert, and the chocolate cake looked impressive, and would have been considered tasty in a fast-casual restaurant, but not quite up to what I'd expect from a meal of this price.

Reservation was honored at the time we booked for. Server was attentive and helpful, very friendly. Food was great, everything came out as expected and correct.

We used Open Table to make our reservations for 3 at 3:30 on Mother's Day. The hostess K----y insisted we reserved a table for five until I showed her the confirmation email. She refused to show us to one of the several empty tables. Our waiter, E-----t was amazing, even though he was very busy.

Food was good. We had the pancakes, mushroom bowl, and steak & eggs. Service was transactional. It was pretty noisy, but only because the music level was so high that customers had to talk above it. Maybe that’s what they’re going for though. Overall it was a fine experience.

Some of the food was microwaved. The veggie omelette was not very tasty, unfortunately. This was not a good combination for the preparation they used. The southwestern bowl was salty and dry. Probably from microwaving? The tea was good, waitress was nice. For it being Mother’s Day, we were very underwhelmed. We should have realized that there was a reason they had several times available when other restaurants did not. But, being from out of the area, we didn’t know.
