The Champagne & Caviar Bar recalls the distinctive glamour of a vintage jewel box, presenting a carefully curated selection of the finest Champagnes, Petrossian Caviar and a menu of classic dishes in which caviar is the star. The space features a progression of hand-blown chandeliers, geometric floors of Italian marble, and an ornate coffered ceiling, punctuated by camel mohair velvet seating for an intimate, immersive experience.

Golden hues. Feels like you are eating caviar inside the champagne bottle! Uber chic. Had a great time. Service and ambiance as good as it gets. Dress up and go for the experience.

This was such a wonderful experience! I had not had the pleasure of enjoying caviar before, so I thought the bar would be the perfect place to try it. Johnny was my server and he was very knowledgable, and so helpful in choosing my caviar and champagne. Everything was delicious and it’s definitely a vibe. I have been telling all of my friends about it, and will definitely be back. It was a great way to end my birthday month!

Wonderful find among a shallow sea of NYC champagne bars. Took a friend there for pre-Bday dinner drinks and made the first reservation of the evening so we could take photos without bothering others and to have some quiet. We had the place to ourselves and didn't notice as others trickled in. The service was welcoming and generous and the server was happy to help me choose the correct amounts for our trio. The decor is champagne dreams. The light is flattering. If you want to treat yourself or others, this is the place. I plan to incorporate this into my rotation of celebratory drinks bars. Worth the price and it's a great place not to be seen. Very discreet.

It was so beautiful walking into the champagne and caviar room. It gives off party vibes while still being intimate. Perfect for date night or girls night! The champagne and caviar was delicious and the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. They were so helpful in recommending champagne based on our likes and dislikes and helping us pair with our meal. The birthday cake slice was so delicious and the perfect way to end off a birthday! Cannot wait to go back!!

My party and I absolutely loved it! I would recommend this for a first date or for a nightcap. The lobster caviar rolls were divine, the champagne was delicious and the bathroom is beautiful. A 10/10 experience.

We had a great dinner! The Champagne and Caviar options were great. We enjoyed a special bottle of Champagne and a variety of caviar dishes prepared in several different manners. The setting was intimate. The service was great. This made for a very special date night. We will definitely return the next time that we are in NYC.

Came for an anniversary to have a bottle of champagne and a bit of caviar before dinner. We skipped the caviar and opted for a bottle instead, because it was insanely loud and we were seated in a walkway right by the door. The service was horrendous. We had a bottle next to us but our glasses were empty twice, and we had to self pour. We waited 6 minutes and still the empty glasses weren’t refreshed. I could have just spent 100 dollars left and had it in my apartment since I was doing the pouring. We had to wait 12 minutes to get a check, it was an awful experience. It was also incredibly loud, the acoustics are terrible. They had a party of 6 in the middle of the room, it reverberated throughout the restaurant. Aesthetically, it’s beautiful but I expect nothing less from RH.

Excellent! Excellent! A true champagne and caviar experience! Loved the brand of caviar they had so so goooood! Yes you going to pay a lot for the experience but so worth it!!!! We had the 4 cones caviar and the classic caviar with the chives and blinis. A bottle of Paillard. Definitely recommend!!!

Great selection of champagnes, sparkling wines and caviar bites. The dessert options were ok as well. The one dlsnswide was that it took 30 minutes to be sat at our table, I think they are still working through logistics. However, I would definitely go back again. Great spot for pre- or post-date night dinner in Meatpacking.

Gorgeous ambiance, very well done. Mood lighting, great music but perfect volume to hear it and comfortably speak. Lovely decor, delicious bites, solid selection of bubbles and wonderful service. I would highly recommend and definitely plan to return!

Amazing experience! The most beautiful room in NYC! A hidden gem. The caviar menu is so delicious. I highly recommend the lobster and caviar rolls. Had the Sidecar to start, followed by some amazing champagne. Staff is warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Leticia and Paige took great care of us. Michelin star worthy.

I had the best experience. The service was impeccable, every single staff member was friendly and welcoming. The interior was stunning! They offer a nice selection of caviar bites. The 3 items that we tried were exquisite. They also offer a smaller selection of cocktails for those interested in something other the champagne. I look forward to coming back and enjoying more champagne and caviar.
