The RH Restaurant resides in the grand central garden courtyard of RH Nashville, the Gallery at Green Hills, a 70,000-square-foot design gallery that blurs the lines between residential and retail, indoors and outdoors, home and hospitality.     My wife and I went here for our wedding anniversary yesterday and to be frank, it was not at all what we had hoped for. The place itself is really nice and the ambiance of the restaurant is relaxing. The service we got was very good and we really enjoyed talking to our server each time she came to the table. The food on the other hand was just not at all what you would expect at this price point. The shrimp cocktail was adequate, but not amazing for the $25 price tag. When we moved on to the dinner entree, my $52 7 oz Filet that was ordered as medium rare came out so blue, that I had to send it back. It was absolutely cold and underdone. It returned 10 minutes later (long time to refire the same steak) and it was still blue, but at least warm. My wife ordered the broiled Salmon, and did so as medium, but this also came out cold and underdone. The highlight for the food was the black truffle fries, which were good, but not good enough to make up for the remainder of the poor food preparation that had already happened. The restaurant did end up taking some of the charges for the utter failure from the kitchen, but it still does not make up for the truly sad food that came out to us.

    Wait for the table was very long. Arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and didn’t get seated until 30 minutes after our scheduled reservation time. Server was amazing, but food was not the best. Steak sandwich was ALL fat.

    Pretty space but some of the seating is not conducive to eating. We were seated at a coffee table sitting on couches. Service was ok. Sides came out after we were already done our entree. Seems pricey for what you get. A prosciutto board with a few pieces of meat and some grapes was $45. Not great value. Ambience was nice for Mother’s Day but we would not go again.

    It's a beautiful facility. Kelly, our server was fantastic. She was very attentive along with the other wait staff. The food was very good.
