Mixed up our order, steaks were so poorly cooked, waiter didn’t tell us the specials menu wasn’t applicable on Mother’s Day so we were overcharged. Manager was very nice in fixing up the price. Entrees took 45 minutes to come out for just simple garlic bread

Made a booking, arrived with no table reserved and one table available which was not big enough to seat us all. Clearly understaffed, watched one manager have a go at the barman which was not needed, he was trying his best to keep up with all the cocktail orders which were being made because no one was getting their meals. Ordered 1 child's meal & 3 entrees, after 1.5 hours we still had not received them or ordered mains. Only when asked where the entrees were they quickly organised them. We ended up leaving without ordering mains as we werent prepared to wait another 1.5. Previously on a week night the meals were amazing and it was very quiet but on a Saturday night completely different.

Live music was pretty good just went too long and no relief from the noise levels, which were high. Forgot one meal order out of 9 (twice) Received a discount because of food order mix up, so that was a great response. Power went out during the evening and no communication to patrons. Power was fixed and didn't really interrupt service too much, only about 5 minutes. Didn't appreciate the Shisha smoke right next to our table, should've offered to close the door. No Gluten free options on the menu. this is the biggest drawback. Overall a pretty cool little place, with decent food and a nice vibe. just wanted to provide some constructive criticism.

The waitress was useless , ordered cheesy garlic bread they gave us cheese pizza😌the lights went out, steak wasn’t cooked as ordered, they put so much ice in with the spirits we ordered couldn’t taste the spirits, the singer sounded like he was dying, parking is a joke,wd Very noisy, some of us ordered prawn linguine , waitress didn’t tell us they had no prawns until half of us had already gotten their meals 😒won’t be coming backe ordered 2 garlic bread they bring out 3 , we tell them to take 1 back an then after checking bill they tried charging us for 3 😣

We had the best meal here! The food was cooked perfectly and the service was fantastic! We will definitely be back for more.

Delicious afordable cocktails. Nachos were delicious. Service was friendly and helpful Overall really nice place. We will attend again

The waitress took our order, was unaware the kind of drinks they were, fiend got hers I waited for 20 mins for mine , had to ask where it was. My friends meal came out out again waited for 20mins or more for mine as I ordered chicken in the salad they forgot to put it in, told the waitress and still had to wait longer by this time my salad was nearly finished, overall nice place but not impressed b the service

Booked for 11:30 but they didn’t open until 12. Staff were apologetic though. Food was delicious! Beef burger would probably have been better with just one pattie. Also, several drinks were unavailable. Decor looked great. Overall, we would be happy to eat here again.

Revolver Bar and Lounge was by far one of the best restuarants I have been to in 2023. Michael and his team were amazing. They were very welcoming and their customer service was exceptional. The food was amazing, absolutely full of Flavour and succulent, melt in your mouth steak. I would recommend Revolver to everyone. Located a quiet spot of Penrith if you want good food and great customer service.

Of the four mains listed on the menu, two were not available, exactly the ones we wanted to order. The remaining two turned out to be not tasty. Prawns had a strange taste, the over-salted fish was very small, and instead of the fennel salad listed on the menu, they served mush from who knows what. The disappointment with the food ruined the whole evening. By the way, it was a birthday dinner.
