Revolution Rotisserie is a lively neighborhood restaurant nestled in the heart of Pleasant Ridge. The cuisine is new American, putting a fresh twist on chicken sandwiches, burgers & wings while offering a wide array of shareable small plates & appetizers. The menu prominently features rotisserie chicken dishes such as the Pollo a la Brasa, Freestyle Bird & curated seasonal dishes. The atmosphere is casual with a cozy neighborhood feel unlike anything else in town. Revolution is a great place to grab a drink with dinner. I informed the restaurant it was our 27th anniversary and I’d like it to be special and the team delivered. They greeted my wife with Happy Anniversary!!! They included a free appetizer and they treated us tremendously. A great experience.

A party of 4 and we ordered the pimento cheese as an appetizer which was a nice portion and delicious! Had a little spice which we liked. We also had the poutine and the Mandela. Both were great portions and so flavorful! Service was great. Will definitely go back soon.

Would be zero stars if possible. The restaurant was closed for Easter yet Open Table and the restaurant booked the reservation anyway. Whatever the issue was between the app and the restaurant it would be great if it was addressed as I had to scramble to find an alternative for brunch. I even received the standard confirmation a day before the reservation, it shouldn’t be left to the customer to double check whether or not the restaurant is open.

Our server was wonderful. The lightning cauliflower, cornbread, & crispy brussels were all delicious. Will definitely be back to try more food.

Food was DELICIOUS. This was our first time and we will be back. The whipped feta appetizer, lightning chicken sandwich, Mandela pita, brussel sprouts and cornbread…all of it was amazing. 🤤🤤 10/10 highly recommend.

We are big fans of Revolution. Like the tacos and chicken sandwich. Enjoy the cornbread and tater tot sides. And recently we like their dessert additions.

Great food in a nice spot. I found this as one of the top picks for kid friendly when visiting Cincinnati. While this is not what I would call a typical family place, it was good for the kids with choices to eat. I loved the pimento burger. Everything we had was great.

This was the first time visiting this restaurant. Starting with positives- the drinks were great, the food was OK- overpriced for what was offered. It was SO loud last night. I could hardly hear what my husband was saying. Plus parking is rough. Not sure I will return

Food was great! Our server was not the best; when he repeated back our order, he said tots instead of mac. We corrected it but we still received the wrong item. He insisted we ordered the tots. The food runner brought us a side of Mac immediately though. We did love the food and ambiance. The kids LOVED the chicken and cornbread!

Food was good. We didn't get little plates with our appetizer after asking for them. Mac n cheese was cold. Service was just ok even though with our "larger" party he was guaranteed 18%. Just doesn't seem as good as it used to be.

Best cauliflower I've ever had in my life -- such an interesting appetizer that we will order it for a main next time! We both ordered salads and found them good but unremarkable. For $21-22, I had expected the salad to be more robust and the chicken more plentiful (and not freezing cold, which was an unpleasant surprise, since they're known for the roasted chicken). The cocktails were tasty, but we wished the array of drinks was more interesting/creative (if we were beer people, we probably would have been super happy, as their tap list looked strong!). We will go back and order differently -- the table next to us had enormous fried chicken sandwiches, which they wolfed down with gusto, so we assume those were pretty awesome. Our server was very attentive after a couple missteps out of the gate (forgot waters, napkins), and we will go back and just order more strategically next time.

The food and service were great. We had a bit of everything. My husband loved the Peruvian spiced half chicken, I had the Washington, kids had some tacos and wings. Everything was so flavorful and delicious, we’ll be back.

Our server was also the bartender. He was pleasant and attentive. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. I had poutine with extra meat and my friend had a salad.

The chicken, deviled eggs, and blueberry cobbler were good. Unfortunately, the restaurant was very short on staff. The staff were friendly, but the server had not been informed that 4 of the beers on the list/chalkboard were unavailable. We waited a long time for food, and then when we ordered a blueberry and a peach dessert, only the blueberry came out because there "wasn't enough room in the oven" to cook the peach cobbler. Rather than wait longer, we decided not to have it.

I’ve been twice and it’s okay. The lightening chicken sandwich is good but the one that comes on the pita is super plain and not very good. The Brussel sprouts were undercooked both times. Service was good.
