Mjy rica la comida pero la zona de afuera le hace falta mas ventiladores, ya que es la zona petfriendly y en estos tiempos no se disfruta tanto por el extremo calor Pero la comida muy rica

La comida, siempre de muy buena calidad. No tenían lista la mesa en terraza cómo habíamos solicitado, pero sí nos pudieron acomodar con un pequeño cambio. Agradecemos la atención.

Nos pareció muy excesivo el precio del brunch para las pocas opciones que había . La Comida dejó mucho que desear . El lugar es muy bonito y el servicio bueno . Calidad - precio : no vale lo que cuesta

We have eaten here many times and it always an enjoyable experience. Service was great, the food was great and is a real pleasure to sit on the terrace. This time were entertained by a family of coati. What a treat! We will definitely go again. The mimosas were super!

El lugar es espléndido y relajante. La comida es buena, aunque no excepcional. Los precios tienden a ser altos comparados con la calidad y cantidad. Pedí un coctail Margarita: Vaso pequeño, no era el de frapé tradicional y caro. El restaurante no estaba lleno y, sin embargo, tuve que solicitar servicio tres veces porque no venían a mi mesa. Y, cuando llegó la carne, después de un buen rato de espera, estaba fría y tuvieron que volverla a calentar. ..."A veces pasa"

Cambiaron el menu y el actual esta muy normal nada especial y la calidad de la comida bastante mala, creo que perdió todo el encanto, no vale la pena ir hasta la hacienda para comer hoy en la ciudad hay una nueva oferta gastronómica mucho mejor

La hacienda sigue siendo muy bonita. Pero el menú ya es totalmente yucateco. Y el servicio ya No es para nada como era antes. Éramos poca gente y el servicio muy deficiente

Todo mal desde el principio. La reserva era 9:30 am y llegamos puntuales, comenzamos a comer 11 am. El café horrible y frío, la comida asquerosa, la carne cruda, nada para acompañar. El pan de dulce duro y seco. El mesero súper desatento y desconcentrado. La verdad es que fatal todo horrible experiencia.

Lugar agradable, la atención más o menos buena, sumamente retirado del Centro de la Ciudad, ambiente nulo, éramos la única mensa ocupada; estábamos de festejo pero nos quedamos con las ganas de festejar; leí muy buenos comentarios del lugar pero la verdad nada de eso, el mesero recomendó mucho unos tragos de agua de tamarindo con un chorrito de tequila, muy insípidos y SUMAMENTE CAROS, la cuenta para espantar al más valiente. Verdaderamente no es recomendable, en en Centro de Mérida decenas de lugares mejores, más ambiente, con precios razonables y sin viajar tanto para visitar un lugar tan discreto y caro.

Moscas y más moscas El area de la terraza tiene una vista hermosa pero muchísimas moscas, tantas que nos tuvieron erin que cambiar a la parte interior. El brunch es muy caro y la comida de baja calidad si mucha variedad. En general fue mala la experiencia, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. El inmueble está en mal estado, le falta que le den mantenimiento al restaurante

Recuerdo a Casa de Piedra como un restaurante de primer nivel, con un menú variado y original donde el sabor de cada platillo estaba garantizado. En esta última visita se apreciaron detalles que me hacen ver que el nivel ha decaído con el tiempo. El menú de ahora está mucho más corto y orientado a platillos regionales, ya no se encuentra nada original y, la verdad, se ve aburrido. Nos sirvieron una botana de cortesía, buen detalle, acompañado de unas totopos que estaban blandos y fríos. Pedimos también un pescado a la plancha que estaba sobre cocinado y por lo tanto, muy seco. Otro plato fue el pulpo a la plancha y este sí estaba muy rico y bien cocinado al igual que el postre de lima que pedimos. Ojalá retomen el nivel que tuvieron hace algunos años.

Horrible experiencia, me súper defraudaron. Nos dejaron esperando 30min y hasta que fuimos a preguntar nos pasaron a nuestra mesa, esto a pesar de que estaba semi vacío el lugar. Hay muchas moscas, el montaje del brunch (fruta y pan) bastante sucia y mediocre nada que ver con el nivel de un hotel de esa categoría. Deben revisar al personal de AyB desde la señora que asigna las mesas, meseros que tiene cero capacitación. Lo que se rescata es la atención del cocinero que estaba en la barra caliente en el patio. NO regresaría, un lugar lindo pero servicio y comida horrenda

En general bien, el lugar en si mismo es mucho mejor que la experiencia de la comida; adicionalmente quisimos tomarnos fotos en el jardín y no lo permitieron, indicaron que habría que pagar $5,000 pesos si uno no estaba hospedado, incluso en el estacionamiento validaban no tomarse fotografías con el teléfono, INCREÍBLE !!!!! Se nota que de hace unos años a la fecha cambió la administración del hotel, ahora el servicio y atención se volvieron cero agradables, la experiencia deja mucho que desear. Solo recomiendo la visita para conocer la ambientación, la cual sigue siendo la misma que hace 20 años cuando comenzó a operar xcanatun

Lugar muy bonito; la calidad de los alimentos y el entorno hacen que la visita y la experiencia sea muy agradable. La relación precio-calidad, bastante aceptable. Mejor solicitar mesa en la terraza, para horario nocturno, ya que el servicio dentro de la sala es un poco lento. El personal es atento.

The restaurant at Hacienda Xcanatun has always been beautiful. I wondered if the change in management would affect the quality. If anything, it was better. Hard to imagine, but the food was even more perfect, the service even friendlier and more attentive, and the decor more relaxing and attractive. It was a lovely afternoon for us and our guests. Well done, Angsana.

Los restaurantes siempre cometen el mismo error. Pides una botella de vino y te dicen que no tienen. Te traen las mas caras del lugar para que escojas y sabe que algunas personas les dará pena preguntar el costo, mas si va delante de una dama. No se quién eseño esa práctica al gremio. Deja muy mal “sabor en boca”.

Very loud restaurant if there is a group at a table. Service is unattentive and slow. Food is average at best. There are many other better restaurants to choose from in Merida.

Expectations were heightened since the very moment we arrived and the first thing staff did was ask whether we had a reservation or not rather than saying hi. Anyway, no rudeness yet not the friendliest way to welcome you. Once we confirmed we did have a reservation, staff radioed the restaurant to let them know we had arrived so they could have our table ready and welcome us at the door. Top notch!!! Unfortunately, once we were shown to our table, service didn’t feel in consonance with the arrival. The waiters were friendly but careless and distracted; like when pouring coffee and spilling it or when not remembering what we asked them for; missing napkins, cutlery, and cups for coffee. Regarding food, it was very good with still some room for being exceptional. Let’s not forget we’re talking about Merida and Angsana here, a destination that’s rapidly becoming a foodie capital and a high-end hospitality brand. Especially disappointing were the HEINZ maple-flavored syrup sachets that were brought to accompany the pancakes we ordered!!! Overall, the menu is limited but varied, with bits and pieces of international, Mexican, and local cuisine; so most likely there will be something for everyone. What certainly does not disappoint is the property, which by the way is doable on wheelchair -though some improvements may be needed at the restrooms. Premises are beautifully preserved; the greenness of the grass is flawless and gorgeous; relaxation is the mantra of the whole place; and the fact that Xcanatun is within a 20-minute drive from downtown Merida makes the hacienda even more appealing. Without hesitation I would recommend and go back to this place, with somehow lowered expectations, though.

El servicio fue muy lento, los meseros están del otro lado de un muro y a menos que vinieran del lado de la mesas y se dignaran a voltearte a ver imposible ser atendido. La comida, nada para escribir a casa y menos por el precio.
