Fantastic dining experience. Kevin our server was fantastic and knowledgeable. The bison meatballs, bone in filet mignon, lobster bisque, lobster Mac, and Brussels were amazing. Cooked to perfection! Absolutely hands down the best in Ocala and central Florida. If you want a steak that rivals any steakhouse in a major metropolitan city than look no farther. Even Chef Randall and Cindi the manager stopped by to check on us. Will be back soon!

Only 3 soft beverages available. Coke, Diet Coke, Sweet tea and water. There was a bar serving mixed drinks and wine - no other sodas used in mixed drinks? For the most part the steaks were fine. I was however a bit surprised about the "Remington's Fries". $18 was a bit pricey for Frozen Fries and something I never anticipated. The desert menu was limited to all infused with alcohol - a slice of NY cheese cake would have been a good alternative for those of us that for medical reasons need to avoid alcohol.

An outstanding meal and a very welcome addition to the Ocala dining scene. From the almost invisible sign out front to the very dark interior, you can instantly tell you’re in a restaurant like no other in Ocala. My wife and I split the meatball appetizer. Very tasty, but my wife said they were a bit salty. Then, came the steaks. Living in Chicagoland, we’re spoiled with great steak places but believe me when I tell you Remington’s steaks could hold their own with the best steakhouses in Chicago. Delicious prime steaks seasoned and cooked to perfection. The sides are huge - plenty for two to share. Cocktails were very good and they have a solid wine list too. We shared the peanut butter cake for dessert - excellent. Attentive, friendly but unobtrusive service. We will definitely be back often.

The food seemed ordinary for the price. My steak was overcooked and was still slightly overcooked the second time. I will not return.

This was my 2nd visit to Remington's and it was as good as the first time. All of the steak entrees were cooked to perfection and the appetizers were awesome. Wine perfect and desserts over the top. Finally, an especially strong compliment to our server (don't remember her name). She knew the menu quite well and was very efficient and had a wonderful personality.
