We were a party of 4 and 2 of us had the Scallops. We felt that there was too much Chorizo and it over-powered the flavour of the Scallop. As for the main course, they were delivered before the starters had even settled and also plates had been removed and we would have preferred more of a gap between courses. Otherwise the food was enjoyable overall

Everything was quite tasty but we ordered 3 of the half chickens that were only just cooked through, bordering pink. We also ordered a medium rare steak that was closer to well done and a rare steak that was closer to medium well. Overall great atmosphere. Attentive staff and we had a great night but the food let it down.

The food and service was excellent. We hadn't been to Redsalt for a while and really enjoyed our return visit.

$70 per head for NYE buffet! 5 hot dishes includingbthe veggies, one bowl of prawns and a couple of salads? Dry chicken, overcooked roast beef. Pathetic, the biggest rip off. Even still had half the breakfast buffet just left in place. I've never been so angry and disappointed that I wasted my money on this

Food was bland no flavours… Fish served on tomato sauce was salty and sauce was extremely sour.. Lamb shoulder was bland in taste Food was served slow

Our main meal was uneatable so had to send it back. Which was disappointing as it was my wife’s birthday.

Service was really slow and our drinks forgotten until after food was basically finished. Food was below average and did not level to the price at all.

I ordered steak and so the rest of the table decided to follow suit , We had been in Wagga Wagga for the weekend...… the steaks were next level and faultless. The potatoes were hard and possibly microwaved, and the cherry tomatoes were just that. The wild mushroom sauce was tasteless and not seasoned and you couldn't make them out. The steak was the worst I have ever had the the displeasure of tasting. The cook, not chef wasn't or hadn't cooked or been taught how to handle Beef. The ladies steaks were over done, tasteless and dry. My mate just ate his as he was starving and didn't want to cause a scene. I did mention this and my feelings regarding the meals to the waitress, to which she just smiled, I chose not to cause an issue. My wife mention to the waitress that is was terrible and the potatoes were hard and not cooked. We are not the type of people who complain, my wife didn't want to return the plate as she has heard of horror stories about food being tampered with etc. I let it go as I didn't want to make a scene in front of other guests in the restaurant, I should not have accepted it $240 totally not worth it at all. Casino restaurant in Canberra !!!!!!!
