Beautiful place! Loved the dim lighting and the table arrangments. Check-in staff was friendly. Servers were very nice. The only issue was the loud music. It was too loud for the type of get-together we had. I had to ask the staff twice to get it resolved.

We had a wonderful dinner at Redfish. The food was outstanding with very fresh and tasty poke and honey coconut shrimp. We will definitely be back for another outstanding dinner.

Love the menu concept, food was great, Service was really friendly, but slow to be seated and service a bit slow considering the restaurant was quiet.

We went for a late dinner on Sunday night, after reading on the website that there was a late night happy hour starting at 8 PM. To our disappointment, there was not a happy hour as advertised, but we still had a great meal. Our server was very knowledgable about the menu and great suggestions for our Poké bowls. She also recommended we try the mini malasada dessert and we absolutely loved it!

The service was lacking. The hostess was awful and had hotel guests waiting for over 30 mins when the restaurant wasn’t even half full. She told us there were lots of reservations. But it never filled up. I went online and made resys for 7 min out versus waiting. It’s embarrassing to treat guests like that and I wouldn’t recommend for that reason

If you’re considering coming here during your vacation—DO IT! The food is absolutely amazing—super fresh, flavorful—and the atmosphere/vibe is sleek and beachy yet smaller and more intimate! Perfect for a slightly more casual date night! We got the crab and artichoke dip (WOW) and two of the preset poke bowls (so so fresh and delish). Wouldn’t have changed a thing and couldn’t recommend more!

Service is great! Food is good, we ordered the Soul bowl and short ribs in Vietnamese style!! Love it. Good portion and price! No too busy since it’s a new restaurant

The food is innovative, fun and dynamic in their flavor profiles. The staff is warm and helpful. The prices are set for locals not “Waikiki Tourists” and the Valet was just $6 plus tip for 3 hours. We will be back! Thank you!!!

Fabulous service and Saturday night ambiance with local live music and ocean breeze. Yummy cocktails and food - we were a group and tried so much from the menu. The best part being the Aloha service - friendly, helpful and accommodating. Will dine here again!

We loved our server (I think Johna was her name) and the food overall was excellent. The two hot dishes came out first and were served just somewhat warm. The cold dish (poke) came out quite a bit later and well after the hot dishes were consumed. So that was kinda odd but still enjoyed the overall restaurant and food and our server made the night!!

This was the saltiest poke I’ve had on the island. With every bite of fish there was a crunch of salt crystals. The seared ahi and burger we got were both completely cooked through.

Excellent service and tasty local food. Nice and fun selections. Staff are all very friendly and courteous. Valet parking is convenient. Good location near the International Market Place, but off the busy strip.

Beautiful location with friendly and attentive service. Poke bowl prices were high, with an extra $2 for toppings which are typically included, like cucumber and pickled ginger. Service was great, but multiple severs advised me of a current promotion offering a free dessert to anyone who would leave a 5 star review. It is unethical to offer free desserts in return for good reviews. Treat 5 star reviews here with a healthy dose of skepticism.

旧サンドヴィラホテルにオープンという記事を見て、夫婦2人で初めての訪問。お店の方に相談して、ポキボウル、ショートバイトよりマッシュルームの四川風、ベトナム風ショートリブを注文。程よい量でした。ポキはポキの種類(ハワイアンスタイル)、ライス(ブラウンライス)、トッピング(プライドガーリック、オニオンなど)をオーダー事に自分の好みで選べます。マッシュルームは味噌炒めで、とても美味。ショートリブは若干焦げている部分があったので、星4つにしました、再訪したいお店です。

I've only tried the redfish poke at Salt kakaako but have been meaning to try the other great dishes! So happy I came across the redfish waikiki on social media. Props to Philip Lemoine's amazing photography because his great photos that convinced me to check them out! They did not disappoint. The service by Stacy and Randall and they rest of the staff were on point! Super friendly staff, did not wait long for our food, and we just loved the vibes at this place. I've never been to or even heard of this hotel but I gotta say the renovations really were beautiful. It has that vintage but chic style. The food was great as well. Me and my family are proud supporters of foodland, we love et tal, foodland farms, and just long time customers. I love to see the quality produce and friendly service just as you would at foodland. Keep it up Redfish! We will be adding this to our list of places to hit for drinks , pupus and breakfast!

4 people, made a reservation ahead of time; checked in on time and were offered a small and awkward corner booth table that would NOT fit 4 people comfortably. (strange column and table placement). I requested a different table and we were accomodated. Seated, greeted, all good. Drinks took over 15 minutes for non-craft cocktails and beers. Food ordered, server very nice. no appetizers. ordered Poke Bowl, Grilled chicken, fish n chips, and garlic noodles. Very simple orders. Poke came out first; I asked the server " will the rest be coming out now?" he said no, they serve everything as it is made from the kitchen. We sat for another 20 minutes waiting for the rest of the food; only the garlic noodles and chicken came out. Fish n Chips took ANOTHER 10 minutes. This is UNSATISFACTORY and completely fixable by a properly managed kitchen. Guests SHOULD NOT have to sit looking at one plate of food, waiting for the rest of the food to come out. (etiquette deems that one doesn't eat until ALL have been served.) Also, POKE is a COLD dish, it should be last to be made. Food was good, satisfactory, once we were all served. POKE was less than great (per my husband); he said it was OK, but not anything he'd go back for (and he LOVES his Poke). Malasadas were great but the "fish food" on them was weird flavor (trying too hard) Validation for valet is at the FRONT DESK of the hotel and we got stuck behind guests checking in; after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged, the desk agent didn't have change. luckily we had the correct amount. ANNOYING. Valet was $6, and attentive. Ambiance is okay (decor is lovely) but you are right next to the valet port cochere. We probably won't be back. Underwhelmed. Typical Waikiki hotel/restaurant not doing enough to make the effort worth it for the locals; seems like their "systems" and kitchen and such, are still being worked out . (And, will tourists eat there repeatedly? remains to be seen)

Great locally owned spot. Kinda bright at night so it doesn’t give the place a cozy vibe , but can definitely see it being a great lunch spot. Food is seasoned well. I recommend dimming the lights at night so you don’t feel like you are eating at a McDonald’s.

I want to list off all the things our group of 9 liked but we were impressed with everything. Definitely try the honey walnut shrimp. The fish they use for the poke is incredible. The pork chop is beautifully seared and juicy. The cocktail menu is really creative and everyone loved their drinks.

Food was good and the menu slightly incomplete compared to the online version (poke sides and toppings were missing). Service was extremely slow and appeared to be confusing. I think this may have been due to too many people trying to manage tables (not just one person assigned a table). I like the idea of what the place was doing, or attempting to, it just didn’t flow this time. The staff were friendly and the bartender was awesome, but the other four servers just couldn’t do it together or alone. One final recommendation is for the poke - provide an explanation of the various types. I know the locals know, but this restaurant is in a hotel meaning travelers are most likely to dine here. The ingredients of the various pokes would be a real help to the diner with no experience.

Our family of six ordered multiple dishes to share recommended by our waitress, tried all 3 signature bowls, 7 of the small bites (highly recommend the mushrooms and honey walnut shrimp), we also couldn’t get enough of the garlic noodles! Finally, we were pleasantly surprised when the chef brought out our malasada bites! You must dine at Redfish, it will not disappoint!
