Brunch is always a great time here. Customer service is great. Heavy on the loud side but the vibes are there.

I love red star don’t get me wrong I called the restaurant before my 15 minute grace period was up and I had to call 3 times and the 3rd time I called my time was up for me to keep my reservation

Music way too loud and my husband and I saw the manager speaking to an employee about seating us and when he told her to go home after they had words he still ignored us and did not seat us. Will never go again Bad management

Over all the Resturant was nice good music nice crowd but the service was very slow they need to work on that and some of the food items was not good .. I had the crab cakes and the can go back to the drawing board on them!!!!

Was first told we wouldn’t be able to order food due to the kitchen being backed up wit orders!.. Then after agreeing to just stay for drinks we were given the option to place a order for food we waited nearly 45minz for the food!! The drinks were good and strong the food was also good once it finally came out!

This is our second visit in the past year (last time was Jan 2023) and the quality of some of the food went down in My party’s opinion. The bbq wings were full of feathers and an insultingly stingy drizzle of barbecue sauce on top of fried wings. The blackened chicken salad was underwhelming, dry, and I hated the croutons. The nachos were dry and chips were a combination of chewy and overcooked. The Garlic wings and the drinks were still consistently delicious as the last time, which really saved the meal. The waitress worked the tables very well as the place was live,full, and noisy from the karaoke taking place. The DJ/host was good and karaoke was fun but this is not the place if you are here to do a whole lot of talking. This is more of a place to party.
