    Superb atmosphere. Received amazing service from David. He is French Canadian so you know without having to ask. He gave us the best guidance! Bison and Elk were on point. Paired very well with the Gamay. The first time out the elk was over cooked but they made it right and then some. So very glad that I found this establishment.

    Service was EXCELLENT and the venue was very unique and interesting! However, I ordered the mushroom napoleon, which would have been tasty but it the Filo dough was sooooo salty I couldn’t eat it. They did take it off my bill which was nice. The wedge salad was quite good according to my companion, but then both our scallop dinners were super salty as well - though they were still edible. For desert I got the lava cake which was good, and I really enjoyed the coffee flavored cream, but a small scoop of vanilla ice cream would have made it great! My friend got the carrot cake and said it good. Well balanced with cake and icing - and not too sweet. All in all it was a nice dinner minus the salty explosion but unfortunately we probably won’t go back.

    We have been at this restaurants two evenings (May 26 and May 27) and this already tells how much we liked it. Our waiters were most helpful and the food was just excellent. Our favorites were the soup (spring onion), bison tenderloin and bruschetta with goat cheese.

    Very nice ambience. The bison filet was spectacular. Carrots were wonderful as well as collards. Happened to be a Monday which meant 50% off on wines which put the lovely bottle of 2019 Opus One at a great price. Will go again when in Asheville. Everyone at The Grand Bohemian was great!

    Beautiful food and cocktails. Attentive but not over bearing servers. A perfect place to celebrate a special occasion. Highly recommended

    We are so glad we ate here!! Unique food and fantastic atmosphere! Parking was difficult and we didn’t realize valet was free. Need better signage!!

    Waitress,mary, attentive at the start but seemed to lose interest as we dined Food good Appetizer, calamari mediocre. Had salad which was delicious as was bread Skirt steak with scallops ok but overpriced for what was served Asparagus drenched in olive oil
