At Red Rooster we want to share the story of Overtown with our guests, and offer a platform to celebrate local artists, musicians and culinary talents. We embrace today’s Overtown with a spirit of inclusiveness and community by hiring our family of staff from within the community; inspiring better eating through buying from local purveyors.

In 2022, Red Rooster was awarded the Bib Gourmand by the world’s most famous international restaurant rating guide, Michelin. The Bib Gourmand spotlights restaurants that showcase exceptional food at a great value.

We had a nice time at red rooster, However, the drinks could be a little better./stronger. The food was fair. Not enough options on the menu. Our waiter was very polite and accommodating.

The menu needs to take a $10 decrease on each item. The food was good but standard quality. Over priced for the location as well. The service was horrible. Server was tired and too fast to walk away. The bus lady gossiped about her colleagues to us and was very unprofessional with her attitude and behavior. The restaurant is cute and that’s it.

Service was slow even with place almost empty. Drop drop of food delivered to table out of order. Oysters poorly shucked and inedible. A real disappointment

Our server Jeremy and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Jeremy provided amazing service. Additionally, the food and drinks were excellent.

This restaurant is ok. The corn bread was good, and the salmon was good. The wait staff were ok but need some training on when to interrupt conversations to ask for food orders. It was too frequent. The place is ok.

The service was wonderful , the food was super authentic and tasty . I recommend the fried chicken . This Resturant captures the vibe perfectly I particularly loved the old miami photos and memorabilia that drapes the shelves and walls . Beautiful evening spent here
