We had the best experience! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and the waiter wished him a happy birthday right when we sat down. He gave us lots of good recommendations for food and we both got the bone in ribeye which was absolutely incredible!

Disappointing. While I have eaten here a number of times and been satisfied, this particular time I was quite disappointed. Ordered 40 day aged bone in ribeye. Steak was undercooked, poorly cut, and stone cold. I don't send food back as if im paying premium, I expect that I shouldn't have to. Not sure the ribeye was even a "prime" steak. Will probably look elsewhere next time.

The wait staff and management went out of their way to make my daughter’s college graduation dinner perfect. The atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. I will be back next time I am in OKC

Incredible food and service! I requested a small bowl of honey and they didn’t have it. A little while later, our server appeared with it! The manager left the restaurant and made a special effort to find honey and returned with it to our table! Way of expectation! And the steaks! Absolutely delicious!

We had a party of twelve so we were off on our own. Tristan took care of our graduation dinner party. Very attentive. Everyone’s food was delicious we all ordered off the pre fix menu - plenty of choices and good size portions. Old fashions 1/2 of our party ordered were smooth! Overall great experience would recommend and we will be back.

Ambiance is less than ideal. We were seated with an empty table to our left and right and we thought we would enjoy a quiet anniversary dinner as the restaurant was relatively empty, but before our appetizer arrived two gentlemen in pajamas were seated right next to us, sharing a bench with me. They were loud, coughing, smelled of strong smoke, and very twitchy as they conversed and stared at us with a metal grill. I asked the manager if there was a dress code to which he replied “we accept all attire and walks of life” and was not concerned, while the other half of the restaurant remained empty and un-utilized. We finished our crab cakes and cocktails and opted to close out and move to Mahogany for dinner. I was shocked to get an email from Open Table notifying me that I had “no showed” my reservation and was being penalized points. The manager obviously did that to prevent me from leaving any feedback, to which I corrected with Open Table. The server himself was very polite but management should be fired for how they handled genuine concern of the atmosphere of their dining room.

I want to personally thank Mr Gavin for the experience he provided for us. This was our second time, and it was absolutely memorable. The red fish special was to die for, our table was private and lovely. Of course, we will be back very often!

We were visiting and decided to try out Red Prime. Coming from Houston and having experience with Pappas Bros. Steakhouse, Steak 48 and Mastro's, the entire party of 5 were very impressed and satisfied with our dinner. Priced in the middle ground for a fine dining steakhouse the value was earned by the stellar service by Morgan, who even helped out by recommending TexMex spots in town. The ambience is a bit jarring at first because you'd think the red accent lights would shade everything red but it was not noticed in the dining room which was perfectly lit and surprisingly quiet for a bustling steakhouse. Great job on the experience and kudos to Morgan.

Very good experience. Would definitely visit again. I consider red prime on par with mahogany, boulevard, and Mickey mantle’s.

My wife and I went to Red Prime for a date night and had a wonderful experience. The service was amazing, the drinks were excellent (thank you for recommending the feature cocktail “The White Lotus”), and our meals were great! We had the Tamales and French Onion Soup for starters. My wife had a 7 oz. Filet and I had the Salmon. She had the chef’s Sorbet and I got the Chocolate Spoon Cake.

We had a great evening. Alex was very attentive and fun. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, had delicious sides and a good wine selection. I also received a birthday dessert to enjoy later. One of our favorite places!

really really good customer service. Every staff memeber in the building said hello to us. It was really nice; even our 13th year old kids noticed it and said they are really nice here.

We came back after a not so good experience with the gift card the awesome manager sent out and it was the best experience we’ve had so far! We love Red Prime and I really appreciate the effort to make our experience amazing! My husband had a great birthday dinner thank you again!! Awesome!!!

Great food! Great atmosphere! Clint was our server and he went above and beyond to make date night amazing! The filet was cooked exactly as ordered and I would have to say it was the best steak in the area. Highly recommend booth seating for romantic dining. 5stars!

It had been at least 10 years since my husband and I visited Red Prime and our return visit did not disappoint. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the experience as a whole was very enjoyable!

Haven’t been to Red Prime in several years. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Lot of choices on steak crusts and sauces. Highly recommend.

We haven’t been here in several years. We were seated along a wall where there is a cloth bench with pillows on the back. The seating is broken down and I sunk into it, had to sit on a pillow. Overall Food was good. But our server was horrible. She literally kept working around us! We had to ask for everything. The other servers around were friendly and helped.

The food was spectacular as always. Maybe the portions are a little to large? It's alot of food. The creamy corn with bacon was fantastic. I don't even care for corn. Ellie was amazing. We were celebrating our son's birthday and she made it a special event. Always highly recommend Red Prime.

From the ambiance to the service and not to forget the food and drinks, everything was outstanding. Neil, the manager was beyond personable and welcoming. We came in from Chicago and cannot wait to come back!
