Restaurant sur deux étages offrant une fine cuisine décontractée (ainsi qu'une terrasse extérieure), le Red Pony est clairement devenue la destination favorite pour une expérience gastronomique sur l'historique Main Street à Franklin. Les chefs Jason McConnell et Carl Schultheis se sont associés pour créer un menu convivial et varié utilisant uniquement les produits les plus frais cultivés localement, les viandes et les fruits de mer. Always our go to place (especially without of town guest) …. Ask for Rocky …. He has taken care of our table many times and tonight was as wonderful as always.

From when we first sat down to dessert, the meal was a wonderful experience! The drinks were great, the food came out quickly (especially for a Friday) and our waiter was knowledgeable and wanted to help. We will be back!

The lamb chops are the best anywhere!!! My husband, son and I frequently order them. The kale salad is delicious too!! We ordered the focaccia bead service. The olive oil with spices for dipping made the warm bread so good!! The service was great too. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Red Pony was a beautiful dining experience. Our waiter was helpful and timely, our dishes were excellent. The favorite of the night was the flounder. We had panna cotta and a lemon tart for dessert. We would order them again.

This restaurant offers an elevated experience with unique selections! Every meal that we've had here has been amazing. The service is always incredible, and everyone has in-depth knowledge about the food options. We would highly recommend dining at this restaurant!

Michael “The Manager” was the most disrespectful, unprofessional, & rude individual I’ve ever come across in the Service Industry. He lacks basic communication skills, common courtesy, & respect towards women. His behavior & tone was embarrassing, reprimanding, demeaning, & cruel. He scolded our table of 7 ladies who came to dinner during a bridal event for the weekend. Nashville and its surrounding areas, now being the Bachelorette Capital of the country…. should know how to handle a group of ladies when frequenting a restaurant for a celebration of this kind. We were kind, dressed appropriately, respectful, well behaved, and making friends with nearby tables. Not to mention we are in our FORTIES! He sat us at a table in the middle of the restaurant as though we were on display, yet expected us to be quiet, and only spoke when spoken to. He scolded us for having a good time, & enjoying ourselves. In the 35 minutes we were in the restaurant, our voice became loud for less than 30 seconds. Mind you, our “loud behavior” that led to being scolded & reprimanded by Michael consisted of singing a 20 second clip from the song, “I would walk 500 miles”. How pathetic that Michael attempted to ruin our night by chastising our group in front of the entire restaurant, rather than politely asking us to lower our voices, which we would’ve gladly done. Instead, we no longer wished to remain in his presence, & asked for our check. As though his decisions for the evening weren’t already been bad enough, he continued to double down, informing us there was no need to pay the bill, and we could leave. What a terrible business man. We had a table full of appetizers, fresh cocktails, & our food was being prepped in the final steps of service window. Regardless, his mistake, the restaurant’s loss, and our story to continue to tell of the night a restaurant manager lost his cool, taking whatever is going on in his home life out on us. FYI Basic social skills & commutation are key as a GM.

We had a drink at the downstairs bar before heading up to the second floor for dinner. 1st floor is very noisy but second floor is much more quiet. Service was fantastic and when they found out it was first time eating there they brought a special appetizer on the house. Food was excellent, wine list is good. We will be back often.

Not the best meal we have had at Red Pony, the server was interesting. had some very strong opinions. one of our party was vegetarian and she kept pushing her toward the portabella mushroom even after being told she wasn't a big fan of portabellas. Drinks were fabulous. Ice box chocolate cake was wonderful.

My boyfriend and I visited for a birthday dinner and were blown away by The Red Pony! The service and food were phenomenal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Good and drinks were great. Especially the new seasonal portabella Parmesan dish. The other guests at our table all had steaks and loved them. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive Red Pony is a favorite and has yet to disappoint.

Red Pony was absolutely fantastic! We came here for a girls weekend to celebrate my mom and my sister’s birthdays. We talked. We laughed. Trey was our sever and he made excellent recommendations and chatted with us about the area. We had the trout, the shrimp & grits (with a tenderloin on top) and the steak. Delicious! Absolutely recommend this gem when you are in Franklin.

Visiting family in the Nashville area, I picked this spot for dinner on the basis of a previous good experience...12 years ago ! I was pleased with my choice. Reservation was easy on Open Table. The venue is charming and intimate. Service was over the top with an extra serving of southern charm. Food was outstanding, served promptly, and moderately priced. I could not have asked for more.

We dined here last night after a several-months long hiatus. We had not come back because our experience from before was not the greatest. Service felt rushed and inattentive to us. The overall experience was lackluster at best. With all of the dining choices in Franklin, this one will not be on our rotation.

Red Pony was absolutely phenomenal! We loved every single thing we tried from their dinner menu and drink menu and we tried a decent amount! The price was very reasonable and they were very accommodating. We will most definitely be back for date night because we absolutely loved it!! Highly recommend!

It’s rare that I’m giving out 5 stars these days but we really had a good experience at Red Pony. Everything really was great. Sabrina, our waitress, was exceptional. Her recommendations were on spot. We got our food in a timely manner and she was friendly. The ambiance was perfect. We were upstairs and we could hear each other talk (so not too loud). I liked the decor too it is like a cool man cave. Sometimes when you’re in the upstairs of a restaurant it’s hot and stuffy but the temperature was good. The food was great. It was our first time there and I don’t have high expectations these days when I go out but we enjoyed everything. The food was tasty, hot when served, seasoned correctly and I even had leftovers. We decided that this would be a restaurant we’d take a visiting guest to if we needed everything to be done well because here they can do that here. We’ll be back.

The drinks were great and our server was awesome, he even knew it was our anniversary which was cool. The food was some of the best that I've had in/ around Nashville. Will go back.
