At Rebellion Wine Bar, we have created an experience based on comfort, accessibility and epicurean delights.

While Rebellion is truly homegrown in Cocoa Village, it was inspired by summers spent visiting relatives in Tuscany, along with extensive industry knowledge cultivated in various metropolitans.

One thing that defines Rebellion Wine Bar is our extensive and exclusive offerings of natural wines. Natural winemakers celebrate the uniqueness of their grapes and regions, rather than strive for consistency in the marketplace.

For our foods, we continue our emphasis on well-crafted fermentation. The menu reveals an array of cured meats, aged cheeses, as well as pickled vegetables. We especially pride ourselves on our locally sourced baked sourdough bread for our divine grilled melts, which unite childhood nostalgia with artisan quality sandwich making.

Repeat customer as we love this small trendy atmosphere wine bar. Food never disappoints. Great overall atmosphere. Just felt the Server was kinda pushing high end items & encouraging our 4 top to add extra foods. Other couple’s first time there & we felt a little embarrassed by Server’s up-charge suggestion manner. Still we will return, just not in the near future.

Chad was extremely knowledgeable. The wine selection changes often and he helped me pick the wines I’d enjoy. The food was outstanding. All should try the truffled potato chips regardless of whatever meal you order!

Small Tapas style menu with Wednesday specializing in burgers. Great wine selection and the burgers weee out of this world!

This was our first visit and we will be back. The wine was very good but the food stood out. The burger was excellent as was the grilled cheese with bacon. And the chocolate pot de creme with cayenne pepper might have been my favorite. Highly recommend this place. Suggest you get reservations if you want to assure yourself a seat.

Our daughter had recommended this place to us. We decided to try some of all of the offerings on the menu and wine, of course! Delicious!

Enjoyed the wine and as always the food was fabulous. Started with the Gruner Vetliner, Chilean cab franc and truffle potato chips and then my favorite truffle grilled cheese sandwich. Service was fantastic but that’s always been a given.

Everything about the experience at Rebellion was superb… quality of service, ambiance, wine, expertise, eats.. (get the pot au crème!) We’ll be back very soon. Also Chad is amazing.. fantastically knowledgeable about the wine.

As always, a wonderful intimate experience. I booked through Open Table and indicated we were coming to celebrate our anniversary and asked if we could be seated at the bar because sitting is tough on my husband's back. When we arrived and said we'd booked and asked to sit at the bar, Chad wished us a happy anniversary and showed us to our saved seats. Nicole treated us like royalty, provided great conversation when we wanted it and left us alone when we didn't. She and Joe helped us with wine choices. The crudo (salmon), the beets & salted yogurt, the bacon & grilled cheese sandwich, and the chef's cheese selection were all wonderful. The bacon & grilled cheese is the bomb! And, the team topped our evening off with key lime semifreddo with candles for our anniversary. We'll be back on Thursday night for the Summer Seafood Dinner.

Quaint little restaurant. Just what we needed for date night. Our server was very knowledgeable of the wines that they were offering, we tried four different varietals. Food portions were generous and I love that they have these things called melts but are basically sandwiches. Everything was perfect for sharing. Looking forward to coming back on a girls night.

One of my favorite places in the village to catch up with friends or have a romantic meal. The service is amazing, always attentive without being overly so and the food and wine are always the highest of quality. This is a special gem in the village!

Incredible place to go on a date night for quality wine and food. They also had some tastings going on with groups around 6 people. The owners are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend the El Jefe and chef’s selection charcuterie board!

Love this little wine bar in the village! So much thoughtfulness is put into making the guests experience like none other. The service is phenomenal, the wine is top notch and the food is simple, yet, so delicious. A much needed addition to Brevard county and a one of kind experience in the area.

Really enjoyed the experience. Chad waited on us and we appreciated his expertise in wine recommendations. Ordered the cheese plate and added prosciutto and ham. It arrived in a lovely arrangement on a large marble slab with a fantastic variety of unusual cheeses. Then we shared the grilled cheese melt. Tart, satisfying crunch to the artisanal bread. We look forward to returning and exploring the remainder of the menu.

The wine is extremely over priced and average. For example, we paid for a $70 bottle of wine that cost $14 in the store. The food at other tables looked decent, we did not have any food. It is a small, quaint place. Wouldn’t return.

Hi there, sorry you think the wine you ordered is overpriced. We do have several bottles under $70. And if you can find it for $14 please buy it, come in with the reciept and I'll not only refund your $70 but also the $14.

They feature organic, boutique wines. You might not recognize the label, but the staff are very knowledgeable and attentive to your palate experience and feedback. We cycled through a couple of wines by-the-glass before deciding on a bottle, following our server's advice, and were very pleased with the selection. I'd recommend ordering 1 or 2 things at a time instead of all at once. Table space is limited, and you might be surprised at how filling they can be. Will definitely be returning.

This quaint little restaurant was a real diamond in the rough of Cocoa. We were searching for something that was boutique and kind of trendy. Having come from Orlando with quite a food culture, we were hoping for interesting and new. I would say we definitely found it. The drink list was interesting and eclectic with unique wines and beers that I have not had, or sometimes even heard of, but all seemed very good. The small plates were super tasty and substantial actually. We intended to have all small plates, however, upon arriving, we realized that it was Monday and it was there special Ramen day. We love tonkatsu, and we were informed the chef has history with Domu in Orlando, which we loved. The Ramen was very deep broth with a unique take on a typical pork belly with cured meats, accompanying the traditional noodles, mushrooms, etc. We can’t wait to go back, on another day to try some more of their regular menu
