We went for lunch for two today. Had the Montreal deli sandwich and salad with roast potatoes. We did tell the server we were sharing and they were kind enough to bring it to our table already split. The server was a perfect blend of cheerful, attentive and non-intrusive, classy and relaxed. We were waiting for coffee and water and happily, we were served by two other others to make sure that we were looked after. We initially thought we had a concern with the bill, but it was our mistake completely, and the servers were very gracious about it. All in all very impressed with all of our food and the service! Highly recommend.

My reservation specifically asked for the corner table around the corner from the door. That table wasn't available to us. Would have been a better experience if things were quieter. Food service was too slow.

Had soup n salad (chicke noodle n Mary Jane). Was delicious esp the focaccia bread. However my friend ordered beet salad n greens were old n mushy. She told server but they didn’t do anything to compensate her. Disappointed in that aspect. Very noisy inside. Hard to have a conversation w/o shouting.

It was very noisy , but it was a Friday evening and a playoff game night. Our meals were delicious and our server was very helpful and pleasant.

Met up with some friends I hadn't seen in a long time to have a casual lunch. We sat on the patio and really enjoyed our time. Had the RT Chicken, Mary Jane Salad, and Shrimp BLT - all looked and tasted delicious.

The food was delicious. Our server wasn’t overly friendly but did return my friend’s glasses when we left without them. The server was competent but they did not check in on us.

Always a favourite . Seems better each time Im there and in this case with a guest who'd never been there. She was very impressed. Great neighbourhood vibe. The menu has something for everyone.

Since I like the name, I picked this place. This was a modern, busy restaurant. Many people packed into a small space made it difficult to visit. However, good food, good waitress, good prices, quite clean! Thank you.

Food was okay, just some thoughts. Salmon and potatoes didnt fit the Salmon was great but the potatoes took away from it should be served with a grain like orzo. our waitress was awesome but was overly busy and had too much tables. confetti cake was dry. The music was way too loud for how loud the guest we talking almost feel they kept turning the music louder so the guests were talking over it.

Packed and too noisy around Friday 6pm. The Rotisserie chicken was too dry. The fish and chips and the burger were fine. But we went there primarily for the chicken.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming and the food is always great, with lots of flavour. Never a disappointment.

Reserved the high top for 8 for my birthday and our waitress was great. Surprised tho with a $450 bill that the restaurant would not throw in a $15 slice of birthday cake for dessert on the house. Other than that we all enjoyed a nice time at Rebel!

Two nights in a row we managed to squeeze in a dinner date at Rebel, and both nights were wonderful. We discovered a new salad (go for the beets), a couple beer cocktails, and great service. Rebel is rapidly becoming one of our favorite places.

Everything was awesome food, service but the NOISE - oh my, your acoustics are soooo very bad. Could not hear my friend just from across the table. You need to fix that.

Great neighborhood place to go. Great menu, the Fish and Chips is awesome, as is the Montreal smoked meet sandwich. Peaches and Prawns is a favorite of ours, as is the Confetti cake. Service is great, and they have a wide variety of cocktails.

Went for brunch...and although it was busy, our server was barely seen and when she did come to the table, she was sadly not personable at all, just going through the motions. The food was average, the restaurant was uncomfortably warm inside.

My wife and I have been to rebel on a number of occasions and have always been pleased with the food and service. The tuna tower and beef short ribs, in particular, are very good.

Great atmosphere on a game night! Manager & server (Abby) were fantastic, made you very feel welcomed & appreciated. 10/10 On the menu was shareables with Brussels Sprouts to kicked off our evening which were crispy & flavourful however more actual sprouts would be appreciated vs leafs. 7/10 Next up were Nachos with looked amazing with street chips - great choice. The queso dip & homemade salsa were perfect compliments that helped get through the overly salty chips & sogginess from the aggressive layer of peppers - 7/10. We will be back to try the menu again as we enjoyed the vibe & service.

The food was excellent. It was a weekend and for some reason, the kitchen was extremely slow although they must know that Sundays are busy and should be prepared for it. Our reservation was at 12:30 and our food came at 1:25. The waitress focussed on my granddaughters experience and ignored me. Tip choices should start at 15%, not 18%.

Went for brunch and ordered chicken and waffles and it was not good/not what you would expect when you order this dish. Rather than getting a full piece of fried chicken, I got a waffle on a plate covered with what essentially is popcorn chicken, dry battered unseasoned tiny bits of deep fried processed chicken than is mostly batter. It totally threw me off. I have eaten other dishes here before that I would rate 4/5 but this one was a definite fail.

It was a Friday night. The place was packed. Be sure and make a reservation. Food was great, the service too.
