We had a great time today during our lunch. We were saying goodbye to one of our team members as he's retiring, and we enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Raul and team did a great job of providing service and ensuring our drinks stayed fresh. Thank you!

Great time with friends on the covered patio. Beautiful scenery overlooking the Chattahoochee river. Food was excellent and their menu has a wide variety of options to choose from. The only issue we had was the waiter got slammed as the evening progressed. Otherwise, it was a great night out!

Service took about 15 mins to get a drink. Forgot park of our order. Crab cakes very mediocre. Mushrooms had way too much zest. Will go to canoe next round. Rays really let us down for spending over $300 for 2 people.

The manager and service were great. The food wasn't good or quality. It's changed for the worse. It used to be nice. The food wasn't fresh. No eggs or special gifts or cocktail for the Mother's for Mother's Day. No juice or soda or tea or coffee included with the brunch.

Normally their food is excellent. It was just ok. Maybe that’s the buffet life. It seemed rushed in preparation and lost a lot of its quality.

When it comes to nice dining the perceived value has changed. We have attended over 20 Mothers Day Brunches at Ray's on the River and something was lacking. Seems like the choices and options have diminished over the years. Yesterdays Salmon was missing flavor and the vegetable choices were lackluster. The $200 brunch + gratuity + valet parking makes it difficult to look forward to doing this again. The Service Staff was excellent. the ambiance was nice for the outdoor seating. The grounds were pleasant and the river view was nice eye candy. As a seasoned Google Guide, my recommendation is that you can't go wrong with this venue. It's just that the food value vs the cost makes this special brunch not so special.

I love Rays but today it was awful my dinner consisted of Brussel sprouts and Shrimp. Grits were clumpy, not hot Hash not hot Benedict was over cooked bread was hard, what a Waste of my money and my Time. I gave up after a few tries. I spoke to server and expressed my opinion and he did not care he said oh well I don’t cook, and at that was my confirmation to move on and bypass Rays in the near future. DISAPPOINTED CONSUMER!!!

I love the ambiance at Rays.. and our server DJ was amazing. He was attentive, engaged and extremely courteous. I was not so in love with the brunch. The smoked salmon was very fishy and overwhelmed everything next to it. Seating was also very hectic and seemed to be confusion about our table. I appreciated the staff moving us to another location.

Rays on the River provided a beautiful Mother’s Day for my family and I. My mother really enjoyed sitting outside next to the river and the ambiance that came with it. The food was great, especially the prime rib. Overall, it was a very nice experience!

Our Mother's Day Brunch was delicious. Just wish they had an omelet bar but otherwise the food and ambience was amazing. I highly recommend for a special occasion.

Never book Rays for a holiday. They provide a buffet. What kind of “fine” dining offers Golden Corral buffet for $85?! You feel like cattle being herded around into a small room. I asked for a menu and they said it’s only the Buffet. Seriously? When we got the bill, they asked for a tip. The only job the server did was refill waters. I shouldn’t have left the 15%. Not worth the the energy. The view was amazing and some of the food was great. The buffet was very tacky and not the image I’ve heard or imagined Rays to have.

A little under staffed. Waited close to 10 minutes for a beer. Was never asked if I wanted another (was never asked if I wanted the first drink). Food was great.

The drinks were great, our servers were great, but some if the food isn’t as good as it used to be. Who puts orange juice in sweet potato casserole? Made it too tangy and the mushrooms had a sour twang as well. The steak was good.

The food and overall atmosphere were excellent. However, we arrived early for our reservation and was told that we would be seated as soon as they were able to; around 30 minutes or so. An hour later, we had to remind the staff that we were still waiting for a table. After we were sat, it took almost 30 minutes to order and get bread. An hour after being sealed we were brought our dinner. Not a pleasant experience to say the least.

Excellent service and food! Myles our server was great! He was attentive and gave us great menu recommendations. The ambience and everything was top notch. The grounds are beautiful and provided the perfect backdrop for Mother’s Day photos. Will definitely go back!

Amazing experience all the way around. Started in the bar listening to Jazz and enjoying drinks and oysters. The drinks were large and tasted perfect! Ate dinner by the window and got to take in the view of the river and grounds. Mike, our waiter was superb and make the dinning wxperiemce feel special .

We’ve been going to Ray’s more often this year than last. They really have upgraded their service and the waitstaff is fantastic. We had (and I’m going to spell his name wrong - I’m so sorry) Zeek. He was terrific… knowledgeable, friendly and kind. He tolerated my husband and me asking for an unopened bottle of Prosecco as the first glasses were flat… Zeek agreed they were flat (zero bubbles!) and replaced them immediately. He was just great. The other change I’ve noticed is that Ray’s is permitting reservations for outside if available. It was a gorgeous night. Thanks!!

The appetizers were great!! The Steak Diane was the best that we have ever had. Please put it back on the menu. Also, we were looking forward to the BC potato chips.. VERY disappointed 😞

This is the place to go for a special event (nice date, graduation, birthday). The food is some of the best I've ever eaten but the service and experience are also amazing. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a nice night out with special people.
