The Raven Bistro, located in the heart of Jasper, Alberta, offers Mediterranean fusion fare with local flair backed by a view of the mountains. We are so proud of our OpenTable Top 100 in Canada ranking! Our professional team all love being in Jasper and thrive on blending fresh ingredients to create memorable, quality dishes served in an intimate environment. The menu offers many vegan options and is malleable to those with dietary concerns. Paired with cocktails mixed with Alberta distilled spirits, Canadian Craft Beer and Canadian wines by the glass and bottle, this is the spot for a special evening out in Jasper.

We offer Happy Hour daily from 3-5:30 with all wines 1/2 price, all scotches 1/2 price and $5 beers.

Please note that while children are welcome at The Raven Bistro, parents need to be aware that we offer an intimate dining experience. We do not have a separate children's menu, and we do not have high chairs.

Th service was so amazing and the food were so good. We ordered the chick wings as the appetizer and my partner had Bison short ribs and I had the schnitzel. Both were very tasty and the portions were just right for dinner. Would highly recommend this place to any travellers coming to Jasper. However only one thing to notice is that it takes a long time for the food to come up.

Great service. Great choices on the menu to suit your taste. Good to make reservations as they were busy even on a rainy Monday night in May. Delicious. Halibut had yummy sauces and scallops were tender and in delectable sauces. Will definitely go again. On Patricia Street so be thinking as restaurant is on a way street. Paid parking everywhere in Jasper now but parking close by.

We have visited many times, appie was great, entrees were good but not quite as wonderful as some we've had there (maybe wrong choice on our part). Service was excellent.

Bison beef short ribs were over priced. Food was not hot. Sent back once. Still wasn't hot, but ate . Beef was stringy. Server gave me 50 percent off because food was not hot. Overpriced definitely

Janice our waitress was genuine and had the right amount of personality and professionalism. The cocktails were delicious and the meals were very good. The prices were more than we normally spend but inline with what you would pay in a tourist destination.

I’m giving this restaurant 5/5, cause I can only give a 5! There’s no amount of stars that can properly describe the deliciousness and the hospitality that this restaurant has provided to its guests! And I would recommend anybody who comes to Jasper try this place. U won’t regret it~

Had lunch here and it was so good that we returned the same day for dinner and it was amazing. Highly recommend. Good vegetarian and vegan choices.

They took us early and we happened to be there for happy hour. Our server, Sydney was nice and very knowledgeable. We felt like we were in good hands. We shared the Brussels sprouts with bacon and a blue cheese dip, it was delicious. I had the pork schnitzel with black sesame seeds. The seeds really elevated the dish. There was a yummy rhubarb chutney on the side. It was comforting and complementary to the schnitzel. My husband enjoyed his Three Pharaohs. Definitely would return!

One of our favourite spots in Jasper. The Raven does an excellent job with gluten-free options. Service, food, and atmosphere all get an enthusiastic thumbs up.

We came across Raven while looking for a vegan restaurant while most of the menu is not vegan there were some incredible options. I had La Pastille while my husband had the Three Pharoahs. For desert we shared the Chocolate Pecan Tarte. The food did not disappoint. Everything from the presentation to the taste. We will definitely be back next time we are in Jasper. The service was also excellent.

The food and service were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed the halibut and the steak entrees! The dessert was also excellent. Will definitely be back if we return to Jasper!

We eat here every time we come to Jasper and the food never disappoints. The servers and staff are always so friendly and the food is exceptional. It’s cozy and always busy so book ahead to reserve your spot.

We were expecting exceptional flavor from the reviews we read but for vegetarian dishes it was an ok experience.... mostly all courses were bland and cocktails were not balanced as well

Took a recommendation from an employee at JPL to make a reservation and very glad we did. Lavender gin sour for cocktail was very well done. Flautas and chicken wings for appetizers, both excellent with the wings being a standout. Pastilla and Seafood pot for mains. Although both were good, the appetizers stood out above. Portions were good sizes although both seemed like was missing to make them stand out. Wine service was excellent with good pairings on the menu by the glass. Rachel as a server was a pleasure to have table side. Looks like they have a great happy hour and specials offered at different times. Will look forward to another visit on a follow up trip.

This was definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. The menu was so amazing it was hard to decide what to get. The food was delicious, nicely presented, and decent portions. I enjoyed the smaller vibe of the restaurant and the service was amazing. Will definitely be back in the future.

Absolute must when in Jasper! The sweetest space with delicious food, great cocktails and amazing staff! The menu had so many great options that I couldn’t decide! The scallops were unreal!

This is a true gem! Food was fantastic with delicious flavour and great selection. Service was excellent. The place has a great vibe. Reservations are important as it’s a small place and fills up quickly. Could see the noise level being higher if the place was full but we went early (5:15) and it was fine. Highly recommend this place and definitely will return!
