Our waiter pretty much dismissed us and neglected our table for 99% of our time there. Things that we ordered just never came out, we didn’t get any spoons or tongs for the hot pot, and stuff that we ordered came to us as totally different items. We couldn’t even say anything about it because our server was no where to be seen, we had to rely on other employees who occasionally showed up to order our things. They basically seat you and leave you to fend for yourself apparently. Food was okay, but my friends and I ended up sick that night. Do with that information as you please.

Place is super spacious and the food are all super fresh ! I went there for $39.95 promo which gets me AYC hotpot and selected sushi plus dessert (no sashimi and drinks). They don't have green tea and matcha ice cream that time. :( Definitely coming back to eat again if the promo still available. For $75, you would get AYC hotpot, sushi and sashimi plus drinks and dessert.

Beautiful restaurant but the food was not meh. The value buffet wasn’t bad for the price if you’re a hot pot fan. Otherwise the broths tasted like water. Waiters were friendly and again, insanely beautiful ambiance.

Overall service was quite good. Food was a bit above average compare to other hot pot restaurants we'd been to. The table and sitting was just ok but kind of not enough room for our feet to rest comfortably. Coming out and in from the table was quite difficult. I recommend this restaurant to our friends.

High price point for an AYCE but the quality is good and nice to have sashimi options, beer and drinks, included. Service was slow at times and confusing (what to order with staff vs what to grab ourselves at the self serve area). It was nice that we were never rushed as our party stayed for a long time. This was my second visit, but I would definitely go back with friends and family. The space is really gorgeous and ideal for events too!

Excellent service and food. It was very quiet but it was early and I imagine it could get very lively in that huge cavernous space. Entirely professional staff.

We came here for an evening meal on Christmas Day and We were completely new to Hotpot cooking having only seen and/or read about it previously. We had to ask a lot of questions but everything was answered and even if we asked someone that wasn’t sure, they would quickly bring over someone else to explain for us. The food was beyond our expectations and if we weren’t so full we would have tried everything if we could! The soup bases we selected were delicious and overall, it was an experience that we will never forget!

Très bon et très copieux Service très agreable Par contre attention à la formule à 75$ qui est vraiment trop copieux mais bon compromis si vous êtes vraiment de très très gros mangeurs Je recommande ce lieu

The sushi rolls and sashimi were great but the hot pot not so much. What was offered to cook in the 'pots' was minimal in selection and not all that tasty and there were no sauces to help with flavor. Very under impressed. Otherwise, the service was attentive but not overbearing, and the atmosphere upscale. It is a big space so probably gets noisier as the night progresses. I would go again and order the rolls.

So yummy! It was a bit tough to navigate the menu, so don't be afraid to ask questions. We got 2 hotpot soups, 4 meats, and the vegetable combo for 3 people and it was perfect!

Booked a table for 9-10 for my partner's birthday, and this place was the BEST. Firstly, the birthday person eats free - unheard of these days. The staff were attentive and surprisingly friendly. The AUCE option includes wine and beer making for a very festive evening. The buffet of appetizers, sauces, dips, and desserts was plentiful and made it extra special. It was quiet on a Tuesday night and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The space is also gorgeous and upscale. Will be going back, hopefully soon!

Overall, I really enjoyed the food and the promptness with which we were served. My issue was the service and ambiance. There were a couple of sections to the restaurant, each of which was divided by a semi see-through curtain. What was really bizarre to us was that on one end of the restaurant, every diner was of Asian heritage. On the other side of the restaurant, there were two other parties, including us, who were seemingly white or of European heritage. The segregation of the room was plainly way too obvious. We sat at our table trying to analyze every scenario to explain the divide, but it was just way too apparent that the room had been intentionally divided. The food itself was great, and I wasn't necessarily offended by the divide in the room. We just found it really bizarre and, frankly, offputting.

Had dinner here, I must say the ambiance is outstanding! The fantastic environment adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the already delicious food. Truly a delightful dining experience in every aspect.

Absolutely loved the authentic flavors of Sichuan cuisine at this restaurant! Delicious, capturing the true essence of Sichuan's culinary artistry. The service was excellent as well. Will definitely come back.

This was a find, just around the corner from our hotel. The restaurant is spacious and service gracious and attentive. They have an all you can eat deal, which included all the proteins to cook (snow crab legs, beef, shrimp) and sushi, veggies, and drinks. One of our best "value" meals on our trip here. Highly recommended on a cold night.

While the restaurant is quite lovely, the experience was odd and the meal was not worth the price. Our questions were not answered, the food quality was OK at best, and it all felt very disjointed.

The sushi was amazing. We were there for quiet lunch time and the service was slightly slow, but super friendly and apologetic when needed. Highly recommendable.

We were seated a bit after noon on Sunday for their unlimited hot pot and sushi lunch. First asked about tea, they did not have the Oolong tea my niece requested. My son later asked for a Diet Coke, they did not have that either and then for dessert I requested green tea ice cream and they were also out of that. At about $65.00 a person at the start of probably their busiest lunch/brunch day they were out of three things we requested. The bar of sauces and condiments were also not available for almost an hour.The servers and wait staff were very professional

This place was really mediocre, and I’m being generous with that description. Our group of 8 came at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. The appetizer area was almost completely empty of food. It looked like they were shutting down for the night. They massively messed up our orders multiple times, bringing the wrong food again and again. We even had a native Chinese speaker in our group and they still kept bringing us the wrong stuff. The food itself that did come was ok, nothing special, not really worth the calories. It felt sort of like being at an all-you-can-east buffet at a 3rd tier casino in Las Vegas. The wait staff were pleasant but unable to manage the restaurant, probably less because of their skill but rather overall mismanagement of the entire order process. I live next door so I hope they get their act together. That said, I don’t intend to return to find out.

Second time going, and it was still very good. Sad news to my husband and I, the skewers were taken off their menu. But we still had a great time dining here. Still would 100% recommend to others.
