The whole experience was wonderful. The only tiny criticism I would have I was not happy that my dishes were cleared away before my wife had finished her food. This made us feel a little rushed. Which I could off understood if the restaurant had been busy but it was not.

This has become our favorite Gordon Ramsey restaurant in Vegas. Especially since the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. The beef is amazing. We split everything from Caesar salad to beef Wellington. Perfect. Always have to end with sticky toffee pudding. 😋

My wife and I started out with a crab cake and flatbread from the appetizers. Crab cake was awesome, flatbread was very good. We had drinks, a Melon Ball for the wife, I had a Crown Royal on ice. Also top drawer. The entrees were OK, just OK. I had the chicken breast, which was a bit dry, and could have used a little more sauce on the plate. My wife had the crispy Salmon. The Salmon was good, but the pea puree served with it sure lacked flavor. We then split a sticky toffee pudding dessert, which was to die for. Service (waiter Justin) was top notch. But being in Vegas, expect a big bill. Our dinners hit well in excess of $250, BEFORE tip. Such a meal elsewhere other than Vegas would be $150 ish.

Everything was great. The food was expertly prepared and properly served. The rib-eye steak and beef Wellington were both fantastic.

Food delicious. Of course it’s not cheap. If you weren’t cheap. Go to McDonald’s. The quality of the food is incredible and it’s worth paying the money for the experience.
