I love that they have a chicken ramen, since I don’t always love pork. Service is always great. After multiple visits, I think it’s my favorite ramen in the city.

Our waiter rattled off dishes and specials as fast as he could, therefore providing little useful information. Food arrived promptly and was quite good.

Collab dinner w/ Chef Talde was phenomenal - the pho style ramen was excellent as was the lumpia. The complementary cocktail was a nice touch - but for the price of the dinner would have been better if they didnt charge to make it a alcohol containing one. The waitress was on point/efficient. Will 100 percent be back for next Chef series.

Objectively viewed, Ramen is exactly what you would expect from a shop, owned by a large restaurant group. Every item on the menu is going to be solid and tasty. Many other shops will have specific nuance, or their own “flavor” Ramen is pretty loyal to a classic recipe, and only slightly overcharging for it. I bring people here for out of town for business lunches often and it’s always a hit.
