    While the food at Raisu was undeniably delicious, the overall dining experience was significantly marred by subpar service. Upon being seated at 8:45 PM, we quickly discovered the evening would be a test of patience. It took our server a full 20 minutes to bring us water, which we had to request ourselves. This set the tone for a night where attention from the staff was severely lacking. Our order consisted of sashimi platters and three entrées, but the kitchen's pace was agonizingly slow. The first dish arrived half an hour after placing our order, and subsequent dishes were staggered at 15-20 minute intervals. This piecemeal service disrupted our meal's flow, making it difficult to enjoy the food as a cohesive dining experience. Additionally, we frequently ran out of water and, despite searching, couldn't find our server for 10 minutes to ask for a refill. The final straw was waiting another 15 minutes just to receive our bill. Although they did provide a complimentary dessert in honor of our birthday celebration, this small gesture did little to offset the frustration caused by the disjointed service. Overall, despite the excellent quality of the food, the service issues made our visit less enjoyable. We were seated at 8:45 PM and didn't leave until 11 PM, which is far too long for what should have been a pleasant evening. The restaurant needs to address these service shortcomings to truly provide a satisfying dining experience.

    All the staff are very nice and pleasant, although we were a little bit rushed closer to the end of the two hours our table was reserved for - Viva of the two hours time limit, but still would’ve preferred not to be bothered until it ended.

    Went for the Mother’s Day family combo. It was $150 for the combo itself but it was an interesting experience. Staff was super friendly and professional, loved the patio seating. It was just a bit pricey considering most of the food consisted of mostly hidden rice to elevate the appearance. Still delicious, loved the wagyu section best. Wish there was a little less rice so I could’ve had room for dessert

    Service was great. The staff put in quite a lot of effort to make it a very memorable dinner for people’s birthday. We ordered the Uni Omakase and it was amazing.
