The food was pretty good, my friend and I had ordered the edge of the forest which was very bland. We ended up having to salt the entire dish and it still just wasn’t enough. We were celebrating a birthday with a large group, a party of 9 and sadly to say it wasn’t up to par. The service was less than adequate, we felt very uncomfortable doing so but we ending up having to ask a waiter where our waitress had went after waiting what had seemed like forever (it was about 30 minutes) just to try and get dessert which was honestly the main reason we came. We ordered two of the different desserts, the tsunami cake and the volcano one, both of which were, to put it bluntly terrible. The volcano cake was supposed to be served warm with ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce. It came out ICE COLD. The tsunami cake was supposed to have cream cheese icing and chocolate sauce dripping all down the sides, but when they did the “tsunami” it barely moved at all and just sat atop the cake. Overall 2/10. I used to enjoy this place as a kid and it will never be the same. Sad case.

Great place for a sit down meal with kids in Opry Mills. Younger kids will enjoy the animatronic animals and sights. We took our niece there for her birthday and she loved it even though she as a teenager!

I don’t believe they bother reading the special requests included on the reservation… We had requested a booth because both wife and adult daughter have physical health issues, didn’t happen! Booths were available… I included the fact that it was our daughter’s birthday and if I hadn’t told our server she wouldn’t have known! We have had a similar incident with this previously at same location! Our server was very good, food & beverages arrived in a reasonable timeframe.

Service was pretty bad, and the food was worse. I use to love going here, but hadn’t been back in years. We were excited to come back, but ended up wasting a lot of money on bad food. Won’t be back.

Definitely a restaurant for tourists…I don’t see myself frequenting often. Our waitress was very nice but seemed very busy and did not provide attention to needs as we are accustomed to. The food was just okay… I was a bit disappointed that our plates came out lukewarm at best. The kids enjoyed the atmosphere but I think we are a “one and done” family.

Wonderful experience for our celebration of 2 birthdays. Regardless of the occasion the service (yes it is a bit slow, but not due to the servers for sure) was above and beyond. Our waitress was wonderful. This was half of our party of 6 first time and it couldn’t have gone any better! Great for the kids great for the adults just wish the dining room temperature was a bit cooler. Locals or tourist…. Great experience and a must visit.

Waited forever for a waitress, order a colada and she forgot it was sitting at the bar and it was partially melted. Two meals came out before appetizer. The last pasta meal came out 10-15 minutes after other 2 meals. Waitress was very nice but barely came around. Food overall good.

Our server did an amazing job. However, this was one of the first times I went that the food just had no flavor. We had to add a bunch of salt and pepper to everything. Also,I never had to use A1 on a steak, but last night I did. I used to go all the time as a kid, so I wanted my stepson to experience it. He was upset with the pasta because it had almost no sauce, so he ended up eating off of our plates. Needless to say, we were a little disappointed in the food.

The decor and ambience are amazing. That’s why we all go there! The food is just mediocre. But it’s what I expected and we didn’t care, the kids loved being there !

The food is excellent!! Service was absolutely terrible. 30 minutes behind on our reservation time and then sat for 20 minutes in our booth without a server.

Our service was amazing we got a great waitress who try to make everything better while being dealt with a crappy hand. Drinks took 20 minutes to get to the table due to a delay at the bar then when dinner arrive my whole plate was terrible. The steak was way over cooked, the shrimp was rubber and fries cold. The manager barley stopped by to apologize and left the waitress to handle the situation, he didn't even offer to discuss the meal even though I had to wait another 15 minutes for a new steak.

We made reservations a few days ahead of time for our group of 13 and our table was ready on time. The kids absolutely loved the rainforest theme and were thoroughly entertained throughout the meal. Food was very good and the server, Andrew, was fantastic. Definitely would go again.

Waitress was super nice. Very busy restaurant so I don’t blame her at all but service was very slow. 2 hurricanes were extremely strong with alcohol and neither of us could even finish them by the time we left even after diluting with more ice and water. We all tipped the waitress well but she was overworked.

We loved it. A little pricey but it was a fun experience. Service was excellent, did not have to wait even a minute for our table. The food was really good. The Jerk Shrimp I think it was, was a bit over cooked. The coconut shrimp was my favorite. My husband got the Cajun NYStrip and it was really good. We would def come back again.

I acknowledge that it was a busy night, and we had a party of 8, but I had reservations at 5:30 and we didn't get seated until 6:10, and that was only after complaining. Then, the service was slow with our server. The food was great when it came out but we didn't get done til after 7:30.

We made reservation and made time frame requirements and still waited 30+ minutes past reservation. They ran out of iced tea and Cobb said no eggs and requested ranch got vinegrette dressing put on salad.
