   The server and wait staff were super friendly, and provided for us quickly, and conitually. The experience was great for an 8 year old who had never been. The food was really good, and prepared quickly. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back for another visit.

   Overpriced; cheese in nachos was terribly fake; needed to be reminded of grated cheese for pasta twice.

   Took Grandkids for dinner all employees were very friendly and helpful 1st time at Niagara falls location we are locals was not expecting the same experience as Florida location felt like we were on vacation entire staff was amazing with our grandkids from checking in, wait staff especially Sierra went above and be on helping with a spill and extra effort with the kid's management even stopped by to check on us. If you're a local on on vacation for a great night out with the young ones give it a try you won't be disappointed 😊

   I brought 2 of my grandchildren for lunch. We were seated and waited 20 min. at our table. No one ever came by. Groups were coming in after us and getting waited on. I called a waitress over and learned we were put at a table that had no server. The server who took over was very nice, however, I was a little irritated that we were basically ignored. Most likely won’t return. In my opinion, the restaurant has gone downhill. Thank you anyway.

   The hostesses were amazing, our table was perfect - and our waitress was really helpful and great with the service throughout the entire meal!

   First off, I realize I'm going to this place for the experience. But, the Rainforest Cafe could make an effort. The food is by far the worst food ever. The kids macaroni and cheese was kraft, served cold. Oh, that was $11.99. The prices are absolutely insane for what you get- microwave food. Presentation is gross. Meals cold. Just plain bad. I can only image how dirty the kitchen is. Horrible food that is wayyyy overpriced!

   Great experience, food was fantastic, very accommodating for gluten-free. They even have a separate gluten-free fryer. Highly recommend. Service was great comment staff was all so nice.

   My family and I had a wonderful time. the overall afternoon was GREAT !!!!!!!! The food was awesome. We were not waiting hours to eat , it was a brief wait, less than 30 minutes . It was my grandson's birthday. We notified the waitress and a birthday celebration with staff had ensued. Wonderfull time !!!! A remarkable enlightment !!,!! WE Will Return with friends and family!!!!!!! WE PROMISE

   Very nice. Server was pleasant. Food was okay. Took grandkids for first time so decor was great with animals and thunder. Kids really enjoyed.

    Noah was our Waiter and we really enjoyed having him, his energy was perfect for the event and his mannerism was very professional, he made our 1st rainforest experience the best !
