Food takes over an hour and 1/2 when both sections are open. Be prepared to be there 2 hours. That is with reservations on a weekend .

Disappointing. Appetizer was great. Rest of the food was dry and bland. The “animals” are showing their age and could use updating. The fur on the tiger cubs is fuzzy and coming up in tufts. One family member thought they were hyenas they looked so different. The kids enjoyed the experience, but not the food.

Made a reservation that specially was for us to be close to the animals for my son. Special daddy trip. When we got there we got stuck at a table at edge of restaurant up front. I brought his up. But they didn’t have option. My waiter was great trying to fix it. Management wouldn’t do anything to fix it. Got my food. I could see good tables opened up. It never offered ot OR offered any compensation. My son was very disappointed and said he wished we hadn’t come. Won’t be back with this outcome.

Service was not good. Ate appetizers on napkins because nobody ever returned with plates after we asked. Waitress was overloaded with tables. Volcano dessert was good but the brownie part was cold and a little hard. Spicy pasta with chicken and shrimp was surprisingly spicy and I really enjoyed it! My husband got the chicken fajitas and said they were just ok.

Atmosphere was fun. Definitely one of those to go there for the experience not the food. The food was horrible, especially with the price. It was so expensive and the food was disgusting.

We had a group of 19 and its was very pleasant. They did great accommodating us! We did have a fixed menu for the kiddos. Their food came out before the adults received beverages. That would be my only critique. Try to time kids food to come out at the same time as the adults.

Way too much salt in the food, which was overpriced. While the wait staff was good, they were understaffed. When we arrived, we asked to switch to a table closer to the animals for our young kids. The hostess said they didn’t have wait staff for that section but as soon as we sat down another group was sat at those tables. A random waiter came over to our son to put his hands on our child. Bathrooms were also dirty with paper products all over the floor.

Incredibly disappointing experience. Made a reservation days ago, checked in early in case they had available room. Ended up waiting 40 minutes past our reservation time to have our party of 5 be seated at a table intended for 4 next to a rock wall. We left as soon as the hostess attempted to seat us. Can't speak to food quality or value these days.

Drinks were good. Food wasn't too hot when it was brought out but tasted good. Kids enjoyed the restaurant and meals.

Do not bother. Broken equipment. Pricy, subpar food, my shrimp weren't deveined. It was disgusting. Told the server, she said she'd let someone know. I know better now

I ordered the shrimp sampler and most all of them were over cooked. The two kids we were with really enjoyed their meals and they loved the chocolate volcano. My daughter-in-law ordered the shrimp tacos and those were beautiful. Our server was not very attentive and it took a long time to get our check at the end of the dinner.

We loved the rainforest cafe's vibe, but our server, Charles, made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. He told my kids that the animals were fake and meant to make our parents spend more money. Service was slow and inattentive. He told us about the incentive program and when I declined to partake, he told me I wasn't listening to him and asked me to repeat his name. When I didn't remember it, he said to me (in front of my family of 6) that this is what's wrong with people like me. I didn't even listen to his name and if I had listened to him I would've known that the incentive program was free and wouldn't have declined it. I felt attacked and unwelcome. He did not check back in after our food arrived to check on the quality either, but mostly I felt attacked and offended. We will not be back, despite the great ambience - I don't want my children to think this is an ok way to treat others.

We took our Italian exchange student purposely to this restaurant because we know she had not experienced anything like Rainforest Cafe before. She liked it so much she wants to take her family when they visit next month. Mia did a fine job and the food was very good. In fact, my husband asked for his fries extra crispy and they were perfectly addictive! He and I split a burger because I wasn’t very hungry, but after we ate, I wished I had it all to myself!

We all thought our host was rude. We were in line with a reservation for 4 and the seating host gave a group of 5 a table immediately after telling them it would be a 25 minute wait. That did not bother us at all because there was plenty of space in the restaurant. Our reservation was for 2:30 and it was 2:27. So we let him know about our reservation. He said he couldn’t seat us because we were 3 minutes early and would get a text when the table was available. At 2:30 we got the text and no tables had changed but he grabbed for menus to seat us immediately. When he grabbed for menus he asked how many. As our reservation stated we have 4. Then he said oh 4 kids menus. I said no our reservation is for 4 but we only have 1 child. He snapped at me that he just asked how many kids. I apologized and said it was very loud I apparently I didn’t hear him right. He mumbled something how it is like being in a rainforest. He walked us to a table and told a waitress on the way that “we have a Karen on our hands” that was rude. No one in our party was being a Karen. We were missing silverware at the table - the waitress forgot to bring it by the time our food was out and we had to ask the food server for it. Our waitress forgot a drink and forgot to bring boxes when asked and never saw on the reservation that we had a birthday in our party. I think the host was supposed to tell her.

Great atmosphere, food mediocre and expensive. Mac and cheese was NOT Kraft like the picture so we had to send it back and get another kids entree my kid wouldn’t eat it. Got to see the rainforest again before we left that was fun

Ambiance was amazing and the food was great. Our waiter was very friendly but we weren't asked about refills after waiting longer than normal for our food or even after we were given food. I ended up sharing my water with my kids so they had something to drink. The waiter ended up forgetting to put in my food order but I honestly was enjoying myself so I didn't mind and they did comp me my meal. Would have been different if it was all our meals but my kids got theirs and they enjoyed it so much. I will definitely go back. My 3 kids loved it. The ceiling was magical and so cool.

We celebrated my son's 15th birthday with a few of his friends and had an excellent time. The food was delicious, and the service was friendly and prompt. The best part was the photographer.

Our waitress was great. Food was good. Decent, I think it’s mostly about the environment, but food was good. Obviously it is a loud place between background noises, people, birthdays (lots of birthdays which means lots of clapping and singing). Not a great environment for anyone on the spectrum or noise/light/smell sensitivities. Not recommended for anyone who may get overstimulated easily or over tired kiddos. Lots of fun for kiddos who can handle a busy environment and a cool place. My complaint about our visit is that we were asked to PARK our daughters WHEELCHAIR by the strollers. Told our table wasn’t wheelchair accessible. This was NOT OK!!!! Now, in our situation, she is fine to walk short distances but has mobility issues and trouble navigating those types of spaces. I know I could have protested, but was already 20 minutes past our reservation and our daughter was overwhelmed already, so we just parked it not wanting to cause further anxiety. But staff could use some education about disabilities and disability rights. They didn’t know that we could make this work with a little struggle, many would not. But either way, not something that should be requested when an individual is using a medical mobility aid. Our actual waitress was great though and good about understanding our request to not sing or be loud while at our table. She didn’t make our girl feel bad or weird for ordering her food a certain way.

We eat here a couple times a year. The service and quality has been going downhill in recent years. I have ordered salads many times and had a nice salad in the past. This time it was all white iceberg lettuce, not what you expect for a nearly $30 salad. They messed up my son’s order and he had to wait until we were all done to get his food. The time before they messed up my food and it never came back out before we left. It is very disappointing. My son has food allergies and this has been our go to for being able to accommodate him. Unfortunately, I think they have messed up too many times and we may not be back. It is very pricy for the quality that has significantly declined.

Doug who such a good waiter. We had such a fun time! It's so cool when the thunder started and all the animals made noises! We we're celebrating my mom's bday and they brought her a cupcake and sang to her.

Cajun steak was great, but Korean wrap wasn’t a wrap. Had a dirty dish, and service was fine. Kids enjoyed the atmosphere though.

Rainforest Cafe was a great experience for our big family ... We did have to wait 15 minutes past our reservation time, which was difficult for 4 children. Our server made up for it with his great customer service, really appreciated everything he did to accommodate us.
