    Not good at all. Brought the two children 3 and 8 months old. Server was rude and told my child to be quiet while the adults were talking. Another server came up and touched our 8 month olds face and hair. And then our server requested we pay in cash. And proceeded to say to me “ you drink a lot of water, as I replied yes I do and then her response was “ healthy for you but annoying for me. Will never take the children or my presence back to this “kid” friendly place of establishment again.

    We had a reservation and waited in line to give them our name. They told us to wait, which was fine because we were a few minutes early. When I got back in line after I received the text that our table was ready, the employees acted annoyed and questioned if I truly received the text. We felt more like an annoyance. We tried to be helpful getting a reservation for our party of 9, but in hindsight we may have been helped and greeted more politely without one.

    Made a reservation and they still couldn't find a way to get us a decent table that wasn't in the bar. The whole point of going to the place is to actually be in the rainforest area and yet the five teenagers who were working at the host station couldn't figure it out.

    Food was good, server was spread thin but did her best, the noise level with the extra music was too much as we couldn't enjoy the Rainforest atmosphere as well.

    This is a place to take the kids for fun. It's loud and the food is nothing to brag about for the price you are paying.

    Server was nice service was terrible. Food was actually really good but when half the food comes out and they forget your child’s meal and wait 22 min for drinks because your server got sat 6 tables at once with no help..not good. Kids enjoyed it but yah we have seen the rainforest cafe and most likely won’t return
