    Slow service, too much food that did not taste good, dirty, loud! Our server did the best she could

    Food was good, server was spread thin but did her best, the noise level with the extra music was too much as we couldn't enjoy the Rainforest atmosphere as well.

    Server was nice service was terrible. Food was actually really good but when half the food comes out and they forget your child’s meal and wait 22 min for drinks because your server got sat 6 tables at once with no help..not good. Kids enjoyed it but yah we have seen the rainforest cafe and most likely won’t return

    Our server was terrible. We were sat down and no one greeted us for 30 minutes. Families came in after us and was greeted immediately. The food was good but the service was terrible. I will never be back to this location and will tell everyone I know not to dine here

    Overall we had a good time. The kids especially liked the animatronics and jungle decor. Service was mostly adequate but the server complained about being understaffed. While I can sympathize, it’s not my fault that the restaurant chooses to skimp on staffing. Food quality was OK, but not great. Ribs were good but a little dry. Steak was cooked as ordered, but had lots of charred bits of other food, suggesting the grill is not being cleaned between orders. Not a bad experience, and definitely worth going. If we go to MOA again then we’ll almost certainly come back.

    The kids always enjoy their visit to Rainforest Cafe. Our waitress was very accommodating. I have no doubt we will return.

    Food takes over an hour and 1/2 when both sections are open. Be prepared to be there 2 hours. That is with reservations on a weekend .
