    The food was better than I Expected It gets pretty loud in there at times It's kind of on the high side as you would expect

    There were only about 5 tables in the whole restaurant. We waited a minimum of 20 minutes to be waited on for drinks, and then the food took 30 more minutes. The whole experience took almost 2 hours.

    Went for an early dinner. Virtually no other diners in the restaurant. Waited over 40 mins for our food to arrive and a couple of the dishes clearly sat under the heating lamps too long. Over cooked/burned. The $30 top sirloin was the size of a small hamburger patty and well done from sitting under the lamp. Ordered it medium. Did this restaurant once, won’t be coming back. Crazy expensive for a subpar meal/service.

    We have gone to Rain Forest Cafe over the years for special occasions. On this particular evening the restaurant was not overly busy. Half of the tables were empty. Our server came by right away and made introductions and took our drink order for our party of 6. Drinks arrived 20 mins later. Then she took our food order. The food took another 52 minutes to arrive at our table. Once we ate, we dared to order a Volcano Dessert, after another 25 mins I had to get the attention of a manager. While we waited on our dessert we watch other tables around be sat order and recieve their meals before we ever got our dessert. Once the manager looked into our situation we had 2 desserts within just a few minutes. Not sure how we got overlooked so badly, the food was decent, the ambience is always interesting but the service was lacking.

    Atmosphere great but didn't like the part on which they make you buy the souvenir glass if you ask for a beer!

    I paid over $200 for sub par food. I could hear our waitress cleaning the table next to ours while loudly complaining about how she wanted to go home. Her name is Amy, and throughout the night instead of servicing our table she continuously stopped to complain to her coworkers about wanting to go home. Y'all should let her go home permanently.

    It’s was nice experience my grandkids really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was good. Our server was a little short and moving a little too fast but managed.

    We sat at our table for almost an hour before they took our order and waited another hour to receive our food, which was additionally wrong, and had to return one plate.
