    Our server was amazing and attentive without hovering. Food and drinks were incredible. We love the atmosphere here snd it did not disappoint once again!

    Well, waitresses could not understand language issues. 38 dollars for a top sirloin the size of half dollar, asked for medium burnt outside. Mash potatoes were not hot and really had no taste. Waited quite a while for an appetizer, and then the meal came right after. And no, we did not order them together. We had to ask for refills of lemonade. We'll I guess $158.00 later we learned our lesson.

    Great experience for kids and adults! The ride was cool to see all the animals of the rainforest and our server was great when we went into dining. No complaints about the food.

    I love this place and always visit when in Galveston. I do wish the animation would last longer (it used to years ago), but it’s still a fun place to visit. Service was excellent.

    Great atmosphere and the service was great. we made reservations so we did not have to wait for a table. Everyone in the group loved their food.

    Service was great but took longer to receive our drinks. Jamaican pork chop was very tasty. Good service to my autistic son and made him feel comfortable. The shop side was crowded w too much merchandise and hard to walk around and crowded.

    We took the Grandboys to have lunch & celebrated a 13th birthday! They loved it! Was so much fun! Frog came out and walked around visiting,The food was Good & Birthday Volcano was cool! Wait staff were Pleasent! The water ride inside was cool! *must make reservation or hours wait!* Overall a Great time!!

    My daughter and I visited The Rainforest Cafe while in Galveston. We enjoyed it, however, my steak was not cooked correctly. I did not have it sent back mainly because of wait times on food. It was good, and we ate all of our food, but when the prices are what they are I expect the food to reflect that. Other than that we have no complaints.

    Ambiance is awesome. Service is very lacking. Too few servers for the number of tables. Can't get refills on drinks or anything else you need.
