The food was good. The waitress came and checked on us once. We wanted to order dessert but she disappeared and we ended up waiting for a long time. By the time she came around we were just ready to go

Service was slow and our server didn’t return for a long time. We ended up flagging down a busser for things we needed. Food was good - just pricey!

If like loud jungle noises every 15 min it’s fun place to go. Service was nice. Food was average fare. Nothing special about cuisine. Volcano dessert is cute but not very tasty other than vanilla ice cream. It’s an experience for younger kids.

Had dinner prior to a show. My brother ordered the ribs, which were tough and chewy. He said they were the worst he has ever had anywhere. Sent them back and he asked for a club sandwich instead. The bread on the sandwich was so stale he could not eat it. I had the bombay chicken and shrimp, which was okay but not great. Manager did take the ribs off my brother’s bill. Service was slow. Waited 15 minutes just to get two sodas at the start of the meal. Waiter did not check back on refills until we were done eating.

Made a reservation, was told by hostess to wait 3 more minutes and we would be seated. She then disappeared and 25 minutes later we were seated. Over priced for a burger and fries and three waters - paid $100 for three people. My cup of water had a crack in it and it leaked all over the table. Super loud inside with kids running all over, which is probably to be expected. Not really the magical experience I had years ago when it was located in the MGM Grand. Won’t be returning, unfortunately, just not worth it.

Service was extremely slow…. We had a gluten sensitive friend with us and it was not very accommodating. Food was ok at best. Thought it would be fun because we had kids with us but ended up being more of a hassle than anything

The food is too expensive. It was a great meal and we had great service but they price the food so high for the average American family. However, I'm sure Landry execs are happy with the prices as they ride in their private jets. We won't be back for the sole reason that the prices are way too high and out of reach for many.

This location is not as stunning or themed as others I have been to but the overall experience was good for Families with Kids. The food was okay, a large selection. We were in a rush to get to a show and the restaurant was very good at speeding up the service so we could get there in time.

SHORT REVIEW: We have been here many times prior to children and always loved the Fusion Margarita (pineapple margarita of my dreams). We always enjoyed the service, food, atmosphere and drinks. LONG REVIEW: I used OpenTable to see if there were reservations but they weren’t so I called and it was a requirement due to how busy they were. I eventually found a last minute reservation. We showed up 2 minutes before and they let us know they were seating on time, not early so we could walk around and shop or head upstairs to wait to be called. We looked at the new animatronic snake they had and then headed upstairs. Just as they said, 2 minutes later we were seated. Our server was Joshua. It took around 5-8 minutes for him to arrive to our table and when he did he was very helpful in ordering our drinks (I couldn’t remember if the margarita was the one we had a long time ago or not so I ended up ordering that for my hubby and the Mai Tai for myself). We ordered our food and he came back to let us know the bartender was a little backed up so he brought us some waters. They were very busy so expect a wait but the ambiance was lovely. They had balloon artists coming around making balloon items for kids and adults (don’t forget to tip, it’s the only way they make money!) I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance before but with kids it’s just a whole new level of fun. The thunderstorm was just the icing on the cake. I think about 10-15 minutes later we got our food. The burger was juicy and fresh, our toddler had the Dino nuggets and of course they were a 10/10. Joshua came and checked on us frequently even though he was busy. He waited to bring the check until after our toddler was done “nibbling” to not rush us, even though his tables were completely full. We appreciated his kindness and hospitality, the bar made strong and delicious drinks and the kitchen was making great food. I think it is well worth it- with or without kids.

We went on Wednesday because the website says kids eat free on Wednesday. After we paid, we noticed on the check they had charged us $9.99 for each kids meals

Our family loves Rainforest Cafe. It’s always fun for our kids. The food tastes amazing as always but over the time that we have been coming it seems that portion sizes have gone down. It is definitely not what I remember. Prices have gone up while portion sizes have gone down. Still a really fun place to be at.

I have not been to a Rainforest Cafe in several years as there is not one near me. I went to Las Vegas many years ago and went to the Rainforest Cafe and LOVED it. They have since moved from the last time I went. I feel like the new location (which is really new to just me since it's been YEARS since I went), is underwhelming. They don't have any fish tanks anymore, no fountain like they did in the past... I was definitely disappointed. I think the addition of the patio was nice, but they had very few animatronics anymore and the food was just okay. I always go to the Rainforest Cafe for the atmosphere, but I personally felt like this was a bit disappointing for me. Especially knowing how nice the prior location was.

1st time and will be the last. Waiter was rude and cocky, completely forgot one of our meals, took forever to get a manager and wouldn’t even bring us waters!!!

Thankfully we had a reservation, but had to wait anyway. Hostess told people coming up that there was a 45min wait. Once we were upstairs more than 1/2 of dining room was empty. Service was slow, very slow. Even after waiting they still messed up the order. Quality of the food was average. The only descent item were the lettuce wraps.

I took my granddaughters for dinner after the Disney immersion art show across the pedestrian bridge. They loved the experience! The decor, animals and storms kept them entertained while we waited for our food. Our waitress was amazing! Very attentive and friendly. The food was good, not exceptional but I understand this caters to younger palates. My 2 yr-old loved the Mac n Cheese and demanded a 2nd serving. Our waitress got it to us quickly! Overall it was a fun experience. I would definitely take the girls again.

We took my son all over Vegas for his 7th birthday and this was "the hit". They were entranced the whole time. The food is ok, but for the experience and for my littles it was worth it!
