Quince is an upscale casual, indoor/outdoor restaurant where all demographics and generations come together and enjoy a dining experience beyond normal expectations. People may initially visit for the terraces with exceptional views, but the food and the overall “Quince Experience” is what keeps them coming back. The "crave-worthy" and "global collective" menus & the team’s attentive and personal service are mixed with carefully-curated happy tunes which altogether create a positive-energy experience rarely found in a restaurant. Amazing view and atmosphere. Food was outstanding. The server was very friendly and attentive, but overall the delivery time (especially on drinks) was a bit slow. Overall, great experience though

The food was delicious but a little spicy without notice. The place is beautiful but the music was too loud making it difficult to have a conversation. It’s also a little pricey but I guess it’s the price for the lake view.

I don't think this place will last long. We took our mom for Mother's Day dinner Way too loud- the piped 80s music was so loud- it was so annoying. Combined with the loud music coming from Hula hut it was a nightmare of sound that I would never expect from a so called upscale restaurant on the lake. The tables had yellow stains on them The service was good - the food took way to long to arrive All three of us were underwhelmed with the food It appeared slapped together in a rush and sat out for some time before arriving. Poor quality-especially for the prices. Then to top it off they had a DJ spinning records right in front of the lake view. I don't think they know what they are- a bar ? A restaurant. Not a calm experience at all and we couldn't wait to leave. Definitely won't be going back there.

Booked for Mother’s Day . When booking , there was not an option of inside or outside , so we were stuck inside without a nice view . It’s was very loud inside , music , tv , talking , dishes clanking . Reservation was at 2:30 , so we were told after sitting that we had to rush to order brunch or wait 30minutes to order dinner , so we sat awkwardly with a drink for about 30minutes as to order off the next menu and not be rushed . Food was very good , but ambience was not at all what we were hoping for . Wish we had known outside was not an option before booking .

Wonderful brunch at Quince! We were there for Mother’s Day and the service was outstanding. Love the interesting menu and everything we had (chicken enchiladas, chilaquiles verde, and French toast) was delicious. Great view!

The food was delicious and well presented. Unfortunately, the wait staff was sorely remiss in basic protocols. Even at the end of the meal while we were still eating, the waitress came to our table hurriedly requesting payment. Not the best way to treat customers in a venue like this.

Food and service were excellent as was the view. It was just needlessly loud - having a DJ at brunch was a bit odd? So just keep the noise level in mind - wouldn't go there again with a group of more than 4 people or you won't be able to hear each other talk.

We were a bit disappointed. We were there to celebrate our sons graduation. As they were seating us we noticed empty tables by the water. We asked if we could sit there and were told no multiple times. When we asked again we were told it was reserved for a graduation party. Well we were also there with a reservation for a grad party. I even mentioned “isn’t that our table since our reservation was for 10:30 but we were 30 min early? Anyways, wouldn’t be so bad if they actually sat someone there. We left after 11 ( closing time) and they never sat anyone there. We saw them moving other tables to accommodate an existing party on the other side but no accommodations for us. That was a bit disappointing to say the least. I guess we were not important.

This place looks deceptively good online, but reality is a different story. I’ll keep it short: It’s loud — at a constant 85+ decibels. It’s crowded. So much that even the waiters seem to have a difficult time navigating the space. Our waiter? Probably in the wrong profession. When he asked how our food was and we said it’s not good, he laughed sheepishly and left. So what about the food? My “char-grilled” octopus might have been grilled at some point, but unlikely anytime close to when it was served. It was cold. And it didn’t taste like what one might expect. My wife’s tempura shrimp? Soggy and gross. The “Pecan Old Fashioned” tasted like Jägermeister with Coke or some similar crap. At that price point I suggest you avoid this place like the plague and have an actual good meal at the Roaring Fork or some similar place. Zero stars if that was an option!

Love this place. Food and atmosphere, is great. Used inKind app prior times with no issue, but this time no luck due to a network issue. Would like that to be more reliable if the restaurant stays in that app.

Quince experience was 5 Star On My Wife’s (Tess) Birthday evening, we were cordially greeted at Hostess Stand. On the way to being seated, Restaurant Staff greeted us with a Hi and smiles. The view of Lake Travis created the Best Environment. Our waiter, Robert was knowledgable and very personable. Our Food—Street Corn “Ribs”, French Dip Sliders and Chilean See Bass were absolutely delicious. All staff were smiling and attentive to our wants/needs. We Will Definitely Be Back and we will ask for Robert to be our Waiter. Thank You Quince Lakehouse for making My Wife’s Birthday evening so memorable and tasty!!! C. Davey Castleberry

Very accommodating. We arrived a hour early and tried our luck and explained we saw earlier reservations slots open on the app and got a table right away. The dj music was kinda loud at first but I think some of the mostly older patrons must have complained and the volume came down to a tolerable level. Food was delicious and service was fine. The views are what brought us and didn’t disappoint.

We went for Saturday brunch and right when you walk in it feels like you went to the beach. Great location on the water and they had a DJ but still a laidback vibe. The servers and staff were very kind and the food was great, I highly recommend the Steak & Eggs for brunch! It is a solid spot for date night and we’re looking forward to coming back!

Food was great. Have the Frida Roll or the chicken sandwich. But do bring your loudest voice if you want to talk… we found ourselves yelling at each other. And do bring your Northface if you want to be comfortable. Too cold and too loud, but the food and service was excellent

My family and I visited Quince restaurant on Mother's Day weekend, specifically on Saturday. As one of the first guests to be seated, we were excited to experience the coastal chic ambiance that we had heard so much about. Seating ourselves outside on a beautiful day, we couldn't help but notice a few crumbs on our table, presumably left from the night before. Despite this initial setback, the staff promptly cleaned the table for us. Moving on to the food, we were thoroughly impressed. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the French toast was moist without being overly sweet, and the bacon had just the right amount of crunch. Our waiter even went out of their way to provide my 18-month-old daughter with some delicious fruit, which she absolutely loved. However, there was a minor hiccup when I tried to order the Truffle Egg Benedict, only to be told that they were out and wouldn't be able to make any for another hour. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering that we had just arrived when they opened for the day. Despite these minor issues, the views were stunning, and the food was undeniably delicious. However, I couldn't help but feel that the service could have been a bit better, especially considering the start of a very busy weekend. Overall, Quince provided a delightful dining experience with its beautiful decor, delicious food, and picturesque views. With a bit of improvement in service, it has the potential to become a go-to spot for any occasion.

They made us wait 15 minutes for our reservation, tried to make us sit in the blazing sun, and when we asked for a different table, said NO! We will NOT be returning!

Small portions for the price paid. The server took a long time to get drink order, then even longer to bring them to the table. I had to ask him if we could order food, the plates arrived 25 minutes later. The dumplings were ok, seared octopus was ok, salmon plate very underwhelming. Highlight was the blackberry pie. Do not get the hype about this place.

This place is such a vibe. Make sure to request table by the water. The menu is super diverse—-you really can’t wrong with anything. Even though it was UT graduation and insanely busy, the service and food were on point. We’ve been here multiple times and it’s very consistent.

Our server Jillian was amazing! The service was great and the food was just as good. The cocktails were delicious as well. Definitely recommend for a date night. It’s right on the water so sitting outdoors was great.

We were on the patio - the noise was extremely loud. Loud music and ambient noise. The waiter seemed to have a hard time hearing us -- drink orders were not correct. Service was very slow.

Disappointing experience. Despite its social media popularity and lakeside location, our visit was a disaster. Tables swarmed with bees, lack of variety in non-alcoholic drinks and vegetarian menu , delayed service, and excessively spicy dishes. Main courses had order errors and unbalanced flavors. High prices that don't justify poor service and food quality. Not recommended for groups. Won't be returning.

Very loud pulsing club music accompanied our tasty dinner overlooking the lovely view. It was disappointing for a family birthday of mixed ages to have our conversations mostly impeded by the noise. This restaurant, at 5pm on a Saturday night, is not encouraging for celebrations of 50yr old adults. If you are a young 20 year old female, this is your place! Too bad there is no dance floor.

Usually it’s hard to get ambiance, service, and food all done right, but they hit every single one. Energetic waiters, great drinks, and amazing food. The music is great as well. And obviously sitting right by the water is a plus. 5/5 for me.

First off food was amazing! We had to wait a very long time for it but we were not in a hurry so it was not an issue. Wait staff was great. Didn't love that they put our water glasses down on the dirty table (glass rim side down) to then have another person serving come and turn them right side up to fill them. Also the white sheers in the entry have been dragging on the floor and are dirty which is not ideal for a first impression. Unsure if we will be back but again- can't say enough good things about the incredible food though!
