My family enjoyed the delicious food and ambiance at Queen Mama’s Kitchen. Their service, from the owner up to the front desk, was very welcoming and professional, they are super generous with their hospitality. Their food is so good!!! My new favorite place to go to, I just hope Portland takes care of this place and we can keep them around for a very long time.

Love this vibe and food especially the brunch. Dinner menu could be expanded to offer a few more options as it is pretty limited. Service is always fabulous and you can see this place is run with a lot of love.

Amazing food! My new favorite place to eat. Elegant and unique flavors. Highly recommend the tea service with amazing rose water treats. This restaurant is an unknown foodie delight!

Still a small business, but the food was amazing and staff were welcoming and attentive the entire time despite how busy they were. One of very few locations in Portland that had a menu we could all enjoy while not once questioning our dietary needs or appearing bothered by our questions. Everything was prepared to perfection and I’m so lucky we were there on a Friday for their lamb special because the lamb shank was fall off the bone tender and worth every cent - left me full into the next day. Can’t wait for a chance to go back!

Came from out of town, recommended to many friends, excited there was something very positive representing Saudi. Reservation confirmed. Restaurant never opened. Lights on outside, with duo brightly lit signs flanking a darkened door announcing “open.” Many disappointed would-be diners waited, one finally getting through on a landline to receive this explanation: staff were exposed to Covid. How does that keep a sign from the door or at least notification through Open Table that the restaurant was temporarily closed.

So glad we came here to celebrate a girlfriend’s bday. Food was enjoyed by all and service was friendly and prompt. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. Everyone raved about the chicken shawarma bowls they ordered. I had the roasted chicken with rice. It was good yet I think I’ll try a different dish the next time. Surprised to see that they did not charge for the two desserts that were ordered. I’m guessing it was a treat for our friend’s bday. Everyone seems thoroughly pleased with what was ordered. Overall, a great restaurant and would gladly recommend it.

It was my first time there, as a gluten free vegetarian the options were minimal. What I ordered was delicious. I was only disappointed to not have the dessert I wanted available. I'd go back and try it next time.

The food was excellent. They do not serve alcohol and the seating was a little tight but if you want delicious food this is a place to go.

Food was beyond good it was on my bucket list of foods to try in Portland and I will definitely be back! The service was great they were all kind! Will recommend and be back again!

Little jewel box of a family-run restaurant with a Mediterranean menu accommodating most tastes and diets and featuring Saudi dishes several nights a week. Food is delicious! Be sure to try the cheesecake for dessert.

Absolutely loved our experience. Went with a group of friends to try something new. Delicious flavors and charming ambiance. The staff is wonderful. Will definitely be back to try more! The cheesecake was amazing.

Queen Mama's Kitchen is a hidden gem. Excellent and unique cuisine, the babaganoush was especially outstanding. Great attentive service.

We decided to try this place before our night at the Keller Auditorium. We had no idea how intimate and beautiful the restaurant was. The restaurant was spotless and beautiful. The service was excellent and although they ran out of their special, they more than made up for it with the lamb shank replacement. The owner was very apologetic and sent over complimentary appetizers. I look forward to coming back to try other menu items!
