Had it not been Mothers Day it wouldn’t have been so loud and seating would have been more comfortable. I really felt for the servers. I bet they went home exhausted. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! My family and I had a really fun time sharing food. I liked that there was time to have our drinks and eat appetizers before our entrees came out and at end of our meal they didn’t try to rush us out the door. Absolutely a pleasant experience!

We enjoyed our first trip here and especially enjoyed the concept - small Italian plates to share, that come out as they are ready, and not all together. There was enough variety on the menu so we had a large selection of pastas, meat dishes and salads. There's also a nice selection of pizzas and classical dishes like spaghetti bolognese and chicken parmigiana. We shared an order of veal meatballs, cheese tortellini, a small beet salad and artisan sausage with red peppers. All were very good, with plenty of leftovers for tonight's dinner. The waiter continued to bring us fresh sliced Italian bread and was pleasant, although Mother's Day was very busy. Portion sizes were plenty for 2, with adequate leftovers. The meal didn't break the bank either and we spent about $60, with tip.

Kitchen was clearly overwhelmed by Mother’s Day, but also the server forgot to put in an appetizer which arrived with dinner and an entree that finally arrived an hour after we sat and all other entrees were consumed. When it finally arrived it was at least two minutes shy of al dente. The server did take off the entree and app from the bill, but even the rest of the food was average at best. Have not had that experience in the past.

Great place to dine with the family or date night. I like the food portions, not too small as Tapas but also not that big where you have to only eat certain dish, if you buy 2-3 to share its perfect, all well priced, if not a little underpriced because quality is fenomenal. Wine selection is great, great prices. overall, I love this place.

The food is good for the price but if you want a complete entree you’ll need to order 2 dishes. Example I ordered Shrimp Fradiavlo but it doesn’t come with any pasta, Just shrimp and sauce. You’ll have to order a side of pasta for $6.00 extra to complete the dish.

Read the fine print, 1/2 price bottles of wine only in the bar. Restaurant was incredibly loud. Service was ok but clearly short staffed. Take a sweater, it was cold. Felt a little gypped by the wine situation so that set the tone for the evening. Was embarrassed in front of friends because we were “trying” something new and 1/2 price wine was the draw to drive all the way to Grandscape. Overall, not likely to return.

Last week was my first time dining at Quartino-Grandscape. The quick review is that I found the food to be excellent and the service to be abysmal. However, the manager wound up heavily discounting the meal as a result of multiple problems with the service and as the food was quite good, I am willing to give it another change, just not on a weekend evening. The waitstaff appears to be fairly young and inexperienced. I do not know if they also happened to be understaffed on the evening I came, but it was literally a comedy of errors with my whole table guessing whether we were see any of the dishes we order show up or if they would be what we actually ordered. While I do understand one or two dishes occasionally getting messed up, we had multiple issues that literally took them over an hour and a half to try to correct due to such slow service. The only saving grace was that the food was actually quite delicious, In particular, I had an excellent mushroom and truffle risotto that was perfectly cooked. It is only because of the quality of the food and the willingness of the managements to generously discount our meal due to such a poor dining experience that I will be planning to give this restaurant another chance. I am planning to avoid coming on a weekend night and hoping for a much better experience.

Overall, we had a nice time. Service was great, and table location was great. Didn’t care for the big stack of appetizer plates on our table, because it didn’t leave much room for everything else. Enjoyed the Buratta appetizer with our liter of sangria. Then we had the kale salad, which was excellent. Last we shared the pasta Bolognese and the short ribs. The short ribs were a tad dry and overcooked, and I thought the pasta would have a little more meat sauce on it. But all in all, it was a fun evening.

The food was really good. The service was very lacking. It was my daughter’s birthday, and brought the entire family. We were there for 2 1/2 hours barely saw our waiter. We ordered appetizers that never showed empty water carafe, no refills on drinks, waited and waited and waited for Bill and finally had to take the bill when we got it to the hostess stand to pay. Disappointing for my daughter’s 17th bday. It’s like we didn’t exist. This is the second time I’ve been there. First time we sat at the bar and had Great service.

We have been here twice, once during the week and the second time on a weekend. Whether slow or busy, the service wasn’t great. The servers were friendly but seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. We had to ask multiple times for water and bread, followed by the wrong order coming out. The food is great though, so will definitely give it another try in hopes that “the third time is the charm”!

It was our first time there and our waiter did a wonderful job of explaining the menu and providing delicious suggestions. We had sausage risotto and tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce and they were both really good. We will definitely return.

Fun, bustling place with a huge, varied menu. We had the Funghi pizza (which was delicious, and VERY spicy - you've been warned) and a terrific salad. Pastas looked amazing - will be going back to try some. The wine list has some good options and several are a good value.

This was our first time dining there and for the most part it was good but the services was not. We sat outside and the server was not polite and messed up our order. There were 3 of us and our dinner plates all came out at different times.

This is a great place to go as a family or a group setting. Definitely old school Italian vibes. Everything is prepared to share. Food is fresh and tasty. Drinks are amazing and great service from the waiting staff and management. I’ve been twice at this point in the matter of three weeks.

The atmosphere was great and the pasta dishes were fantastic, especially the Penne Alla Vodka and Shrimp Risotto. They allow you to order small plates so you can try several dishes. We also had an exceptional waitress, Adrienne M. She was fun, knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and took really good care of our group. Definitely ask for a table in her section.

My family and I frequent this restaurant. We we were excited to spend my husband's birthday there this weekend and the service was not good. I made a note that it was for a birthday and no one acknowledged it. I mentioned it again to the waiter after we sat down and he wished him a happy birthday. After we paid (once the waiter corrected mis-charging our tab and another tables), i asked about a birthday dessert and if they did that and he said yes but they were out of choc cake. My response was simply "unfortunate" it would have been nice to maybe let us know or substitute. We love the food and typically the service has been very good.
