We were early based on our reservation and they were still able to seat us right away. The glass noodle soup is so good. Eager to go back to try other dishes!

Very friendly and welcoming and the ramen was good! Huge portion filled with lots of great ingredients at a reasonable price

Food was pretty good, hot, and mostly well seasoned. Calamari was pretty thickly battered but fairly tasty. Ramen was tasty. Japanese pancake was good, but a little bland and very greasy. Server wasn't great. A lot of the beers were out of stock, and he didn't seem to really know what they did and didn't have. Not a single IPA available.

We dined around 5:30 on a Friday night. Seemed they were short staffed. Which was fine - just didnt get drinks or our check very quickly. Appetizers we got the Garlic and Parmesan edamame and the 5way nachos which were incredible. I should’ve just eaten that for my meal. I got the Tom Yum Ramen and is was not flavorful at all. The fried tofu had zero taste … the broth wasn’t great either. I would go again but would probably on get appetizers for my meal.

I really did not enjoy my experience dining at Quan Hapa. Came here on a whim for my birthday and was ultimately disappointed by the food. We had sake, Japanese pancake, and the chicken ramen and pork ramen. The pancake was lukewarm and the ramens generally lacked flavor. I’ve had better instant ramen. The service was good, no complaints there. Will not be returning.

Japanese pancake is the bomb but I would get with real bacon from now on, I've had it both ways and the real bacon crisp is where it's at. Salmon garlic noodles were amazing! The salmon is pan flash fried and delicious, never had it that way...so good! The tam tam drink is a must try! Our server, Bones, was fantastic! Highly, highly recommend!

Overall not disappointed. The drink service was a bit slow, but they were delicious. The calamari was over cooked and the last batch they had, so we weren't able to get a replacement. However they offered us a different appetizer on them. Everyone was satisfied with there entrées.

Hand rolls were tasty and fresh and my cocktail was interesting. The Korean Fried Chicken app has too much gloppy sauce but they were big. The ginger chicken main also was a large portion and moist but overpowered by the heavy sauce

My partner and I made reservations here for the 4th anniversary of our first date. We were both really excited to try it, but ultimately pretty disappointed after the meal. The service was pretty good. Our server was attentive, friendly, and great at answering our questions. As for the ambiance, most of the restaurant is a covered patio. Which wasn't bad until it started raining, and there was a slight leak right by where we were sitting. More of a slight annoyance, rather than a problem. The food and drinks were disappointing, especially for the price of the bill. My salmon and garlic noodles were ok, and my partners steak was over cooked. We both also thought our drinks were just ok.

I'd heard good things, but it was even better than expected! The Tom Yum was amazing, their ramen noodles are perfectly cooked, and their tofu was delicious!

Our first time here. Not crowded on a Sunday night which was nice. Service was very good. Loved the salmon with garlic noodles. We will be back!

We didn't actually eat. I had a reservation with a friend but the friend was running late. The hostess sat me, gave me a menu, and came back a moment later to grab me a drink while I waited. She brought my drink almost instantly. So it was a surprise when she never came back again to check on me. Especially when my friend showed up a few minutes later. It was so strange, it was as if the staff was avoiding our table, or simply had no idea who's table it was? I don't know but after 20 minutes, I had to get up and go to the bar just to get someone to let me pay my bill. At that point, we were on a time crunch and couldn't risk the food taking as long as the service did so we left to eat elsewhere. It was a shame, I was really looking forward to eating there.

Service was excellent very friendly staff! Food was just ok, maybe I ordered the wrong thing, but no one from my party of 7 finished or took home their food. A bit too dark and gloomy inside would have been better if they opened the windows. Overall I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon, but again the staff was great probably just not my taste in food.

The food was excellent, especially the hand rolls! Service was great! We had a reservation for 2, but ran into friends and they moved us to a bigger table. Overall we enjoyed everything.

We were a group of five. We shared appetisers two O-Konomi-Yaki which were crispy, tasty and delicious, two salmon Tiraditos simply wonderful and one Edamame with salt and pepper and it was a nice peppery choice. As entrees we had two hand roll combos Earth to sea and Srf+Turf combo. They were beatifully presented and a joy to eat. One Tom Yum ramen was chosen, very tastyone and Spicy Sichuan 5-way which was very good and tasty. We ordered some good beers and white wine and enjoyed our evening. Our server was very pleasant.

Great service and fun ambience. I think I hit the jackpot with my first visit (delicious pancake and spicy Sichuan). Not as happy with my choices this past visit (Katsu curry chicken and surf&turf hand rolls).

This place is solid. Food is generally good, although I got the Waygu beef and garlic noodles and ordered it medium rare and it came medium well so it was a little tough but other than that it was still good. Music was good, service was good. This place is always a good option for delicious food in the heart of OTR.

Wings were amazing. Pancake was amazing. The amount of linguini in the Sichuan "5 way" was absurd. It was like a whole box of pasta. Found linguini to be out of place altogether but it's in every noodle dish.

The menu was a bit different from what we expected and some of the combinations sounded a bit strange. Our entrees were more greasy than we would have thought, although the flavors were good. Our waiter was great, very attentive and friendly.
