Quality Meats est un restaurant contemporain qui sert un menu rustique New American.

We had a reservation for 8:30 but where seated at around 8:50 that was the only down side to this experience everything was amazing from drinks to appetizers and main course our server Justin was amazing being our first time there he was able to answer every question we had and also make suggestions. We where there to celebrate my sons 15th birthday and Justin took it upon himself and brought my son a strawberry shortcake ice cream to wish him a happy birthday which was very sweet of him and the ice cream was delicious highly recommend

One of my fave steak places in the city, especially in midtown - great vibes, food was outrageous, prices is ok-ish, and service is fantastic! Excellent experience.

You have to like noise and energy! But if you do, then it’s worth it as the food is terrific. Not complicated, great US steaks and the right sides, but done well! Wish it wasn’t quite so packed in, so they could still do the table service for the steak sauce trolley. But wine was reasonable and waiter was very helpful… overall, terrific!

Outstanding food and service. Porterhouse meatballs are a must. Steak sides and my wife’s tuna all cooked to perfection. Nice wine selection and great dessert as well. Service was very professional. Our first time and would definitely go back.

The food exceeded our expectations. The corn brûlée is a MUST! Very happy with our meal and the whole experience. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in NYC.

Menu is a little tricky - traditional cuts interspersed with new takes on classic recipes (corn crème brûlée, bacon peanut butter). Staff wasn’t very helpful navigating the menu complexity - we were looking to get the flank steak with sauce on the side, and he failed to mention that the steak was marinated in the sauce anyways. Otherwise experience was good.

My daughter and I were in NYC for a quick weekend trip. Some local friends recommended Quality Meats and we thought we'd give it a try. It was simply the best meal we've had in long time. Everything was delicious including the drinks, lobster appetizer, filet, sides, and bread. The service was gracious and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The noise level was energetic but not so loud that you couldn't talk across the table. Although the price of the meal was high, it was worth it and memorable. We will definitely be back.

The server left much to be desired. Didn’t feel like he cared very much about our experience. I left a 20% tip anyway, which was over $100, but disappointed in that aspect. Food is great though.

Another great dining experience here. I't not that we got lucky, its clear they take the whole dining experience very seriously. Excellent food, friendly host/check in reception and perhaps the best server experience I've ever had - Mike is a gem. If you go, request Mike as your server - he will delight you. Very well done - I already want to go back.

Always love dining at Quality Meats. Delicious salad, branzino, whipped potatoes and coconut cake. Excellent service in a beautiful space. It’s a bit pricey, but worth it for the high quality experience.

The food is tasty but at dinner the din is almost deafening. I had the dressed oysters, filet mignon with Bernaisse sauce, salted spinach, and the toffee dessert. My steak was cooked perfectly and the oysters were extremely good.

Our experience at QM was absolutely incredible. First, the food was out of this world. We are foodies, and boy were we impressed. Also the service was impeccable - from Nora at front of house, to Mike our server. Tiny impeccable details were everywhere and I definitely noticed. Bravo to Quality Brands!

OMG. What a fabulous restaurant. We took a native New Yorker who had never been and we shared the Seafood Tower. Great choices of lobster, shrimp, oysters, tuna tartare etc. wait staff was very attentive.

I’ve been to Quality Meats multiple times before and thought both the service and the food were impeccable. My parents were in town and it was my dad’s birthday so I thought this would be a great place to take them to celebrate. I’ve been here for a friend’s birthday before and remember they serve sticky toffee pudding with a candle for the celebrant and wanted the same for my dad, so I indicated the birthday celebration in my reservation. To our disappointment, not only did they not give us any pudding, but they did not even acknowledge the birthday at all even though we ordered dessert. Even worse the table next to us was given the pudding with a candle for a birthday even before they ordered dessert. At an upscale establishment like this I didn’t expect I needed to remind them that we were celebrating as we wanted it to be a surprise for my dad. It was enough before to include the birthday in the reservation, if you’re not going to acknowledge it, why even ask? I’m not even going to go into what biases they might have to not treat my family well. To top that off, they sat us at a huge corner booth where the light on top was broken. When I asked the server if they can turn it on, he said they couldn’t but he’ll see what he can do. He did nothing. Do better or not, we will not be back.

We were located upstairs near the windows. Pretty quiet there the rest of the restaurant was pretty noisy. Had a great dinner as always.

I love quality meats! The food is outstanding! From my child to my husband and myself we all love it! family and friends or a romantic date quality meats can make your evening feel special even on a regular night because the food is always on point. The price is the price, It’s not as bad as one would think. I have been to much more expensive restaurants and have not nearly had the same experience. So to me quality meats is well worth your hard earned money. They really don’t disappoint. The staff is nice the waiters are nice i really have no qualms with qm. Celebrated our 39th Anniversary and they exceeded our expectations. Started with a nice card from the staff and ended with a fabulous complimentary dessert. In between, Stacey, our outstanding server, took great care of us. My wife got the lobster toast (delicious) and I got the filet which is one of the largest I’ve seen at any of the famous steakhouses. What put it over the top was the tableside prepared truffle butter service which is NOT to be missed. We have been here before when visiting NYC and will return soon. Cheers!
