Quality Meats est un restaurant contemporain qui sert un menu rustique New American.

Some of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I loved the truffle butter; not what I was expecting as I’m usually not a fan of truffles. Absolutely delicious.

Our second time at Quality Meats. Disappointed. Terrible waiter, extremely inefficient . Left us to find our own wine bottle and pour for ourselves. Steak was tough and extremely salty. Just a bad night. Should we try again?

Was fine except seated near kitchen with a lot of passing foot traffic and dirty supplies.

We had a reservation for 8:30 but where seated at around 8:50 that was the only down side to this experience everything was amazing from drinks to appetizers and main course our server Justin was amazing being our first time there he was able to answer every question we had and also make suggestions. We where there to celebrate my sons 15th birthday and Justin took it upon himself and brought my son a strawberry shortcake ice cream to wish him a happy birthday which was very sweet of him and the ice cream was delicious highly recommend

One of my fave steak places in the city, especially in midtown - great vibes, food was outrageous, prices is ok-ish, and service is fantastic! Excellent experience.

You have to like noise and energy! But if you do, then it’s worth it as the food is terrific. Not complicated, great US steaks and the right sides, but done well! Wish it wasn’t quite so packed in, so they could still do the table service for the steak sauce trolley. But wine was reasonable and waiter was very helpful… overall, terrific!

My guests had a terrific dinner and that has always been my experience . Sadly I had the worst NY Strip ever . Glad my guests were happy. I should have returned it .
