Quality Meats est un restaurant contemporain qui sert un menu rustique New American.

The customer service was amazing. The food was significantly fresh and cooked to perfection. Let me add that the food came out in great timing. Not too fast and not too long of a wait. I will return.

Was there last night for a business dinner. Starters were fantastic. But the meat was actually not impressive and very tough. Had the bone in dry aged sirloin and have to say - although being cooked to the right temperature - it was super chewy and tough. I think I would not go back again soon. Or I would choose a different cut.

Service was excellent as was food…ate inside and was noisy but we had a great meal and a good time in spite of it!

Everything went well. Only one minor thing. I wish we would have been seated right away. We waited in the bar area for 10-15 min before we were seated.

Food was great. Service was good. Atmosphere was good, however the noise level was abominable. That cramped the enjoyment of the whole experience. I will eat there again and I hope something can be done to lower the decibel level of the room.

Wonderful experience. Jeff our server is absolutely first rate. Excellent recommendations — the house wine is terrific! — and superior service. Jeff brought a congratulatory dessert for our nephew which was just lovely. And when his assistant learned that our nephew has a nut allergy, she brought another dessert without nuts! Just great. Highly recommended.

Quality Meats is one of the best experiences you’ll have in New York. The food is absolutely phenomenal and the service is top notch. They took care of us and were so so kind. Get a reservation days before you come because it’s packed (and for a reason, it’s SO GOOD).

I can't forget my incredible experiences at QM! Every visit has been fantastic. The service is consistently top-notch. I always indulge in the Porterhouse for 2, accompanied by crispy potatoes and sautéed spinach. The steak is consistently cooked to perfection at a delightful medium-rare. And the drinks and wine list are always spot-on!
