    Food is good as always but the check in staff has major attitude. They are rude and talk badly about customers in front of them.

    First time at the venue - excellent meal and very attentive service! A great way to celebrate an event with family or with a “date”. And convenient to the upper part of the theater district

    Ate late in the evening. Food was very good, but quite pricey (yes, I know it’s NYC) and the place was way too noisy - the patrons and the music

    Nice food, good wine list, but extremely costly priced. Very, very noisy.

    We were a group of 7 for dinner on a very busy Monday night...took a long time to get our food, water glasses were never refilled and food came out cold. When this was flagged for the manager, she came over and offered something new or to re-heat our $86 chicken parm pizza and $64 dover sole. Seems like they were so focused on flipping tables (noisily) as opposed to clearing active tables and taking care of the customers that were already seated. At the end, they sent over 2 desserts

    Every time I travel to NYC I make sure to have a meal at QI. The food never disappoints, service is always on spot and I am always ready to come back.

    Visited NYC on Mother's Day. Made reservations at Quality Italian based on the recommendation of my daughter, and I will say that it did not disappoint. It was quite crowded but at 8:00 PM on Mother's Day, that is to be expected. So even though we had reservations for 8:15, we did not get seated until about 8:40. No big deal. Again, I did not find this surprising given the crowd and all the Mothers! We took our time ordering and made sure we were satisfied with our selections beforehand. Had the house made Ricotta as an appetizer and it was amazing. The little gem Caesar salad was also exceptional. I noticed a delightful taste of lemon in it only to realize that there were very thin slices of lemon in it that appear to have marinated in their own juice. It was very good and quite refreshing. Then for the main course. My best girl ordered the Paccheri Amatriciana. It was excellent and I highly recommend it if you are int he mood for pasta. I ordered the 24-day dry aged sirloin and it was amazing. Like butter in your mouth. Wine and cocktails were very good as to be expected. I would highly recommend Quality Italian to anyone visiting NYC in the future.

    The steak and pasta were really good! The fries were 16 dollars and tasted frozen and unseasoned (we ate one and left the rest). The bathroom was not clean (at an upscale place that should get refreshed more often). Overall, this place is good. Nothing special.
